This light-filled retreat features a gourmet kitchen, a large view deck with a grill, and a cozy fireplace. With 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens), it comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Perfect for a scenic and relaxing Seattle getaway.

    The space
    Breathe in the fresh sea air from this light and airy home, featuring an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings that fill the space with natural light.

    Living Area: The great room includes comfortable leather couches, a cozy gas fireplace, and a large smart TV. Sliding doors open to a large view deck.
    Kitchen & Dining: A gorgeous designer kitchen is at the heart of the home, fully equipped with cherry cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. A long dining table is perfect for group meals.
    Outdoor Space: The large deck offers 180-degree views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains and includes a gas grill for your use.
    Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Lower Level):
    Master Suite: Features a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom.
    Guest Bedroom 1: Offers a comfortable queen-sized bed.
    Guest Bedroom 2: Also features a comfortable queen-sized bed.
    A second full bathroom is shared by the guest bedrooms.
    Laundry: A laundry room is also located on the lower level for your convenience during longer stays.

    Guest access
    Guests will have private access to the entire upper unit of this duplex home. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living area, and the private view deck. You will also have dedicated parking for two cars: one space in the attached single-car garage and one in the driveway. The home has a private entrance for your convenience.

    This rental is the upper unit of a duplex. The home's modern construction ensures excellent soundproofing and complete privacy from the lower unit.

Beautiful Home

We stayed here with our family and had a wonderful time. Loved walking into town for bfast and dinner. House was very clean and comfortable with lots of room. And the patio and view were so nice too! Will stay here again!

This was a beautiful home with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and all items were clean and organized. We enjoyed the deck as much as the house! Great location and stocked home!

The home was clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed! The view was beautiful and we loved walking to the beach. The shuttle for the water taxi stopped nearby. Lots of great sights to see with a short car ride. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great property and incredible views

It was the first visit to Seattle for our family and this was the perfect place to stay. The house had everything we needed and the views were incredible, especially the sunsets. We enjoyed staying in West Seattle while also having convenient access to the waterfront/downtown Seattle by water taxi or driving to other neighborhoods around the city.

Alki beach location beautiful!

We loved our stay! The kitchen was great, the bedrooms were comfortable, but the best part was the view! We did go down to walk/run on the beach path, but we hung out a lot on the deck. Beautiful, calming views and wonderful weather. A short distance to downtown by car or an easy fun ferry ride available close by. Owners were quick and helpful at getting back to us about any questions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Home

We stayed eight nights and our delight and satisfaction increased daily. The home is large and roomy with lots of windows and natural light. Solidly built...no annoying creaking and noisy footsteps. Air conditioning worked great. Great views of water and beach. Easy walk to many eating establishments and the beach. We were most impressed with the cleanliness. My wife is very sensitive to mold, dust and smells, and she gives this home an A+.

The perfect getaway

I had to move out of my place while rebuilding after a water leak. Little did I know that I would end up in a paradise just a few minutes away from home. This house is something out of a dream, with expensive views of Alki beach from every window. So confortable in every way. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with, and extremely flexible and accommodating when I had to extend my stay (twice!) because the work in my place was delayed. 10/10 highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

The home was exactly what we we wanted. Wonderful open kitchen and great room for cooking and gathering. Spectacular outside space for grilling, reading, meals, wine and conversation as we enjoyed the view morning, noon and night. Our group ranged from age 2 to almost 80. The home worked great for a 4-generation stay. Easy walk to restaurants up the hill and down to the beach. Bonus - air-conditioning! We only needed it a couple of days but it was great to have. We look forward to coming back!

Alki Beach View Home

Our stay on Alki with our family vacation this past week was nothing short of exceptional, which is in great part credited to our stay in this lovely home overlooking the Puget Sound. The owners have shown the utmost pride in the care of this home which is obvious throughout the entire property. The cleanliness of the house was outstanding with thoughtful amenities and the furnishings provided comfort. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality dish and cookware. The patio provides a living area extension and stunning views and sounds of the water, which is also enjoyed on the bedroom level of the house. The house is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shoppes. We certainly look forward to booking our next vacation in this home.
