Stunning three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Upper Queen Anne just 2 miles from South Lake Union and access all of the amazing restaurants along Queen Anne Ave. An easy 1.5 mile walk to the Space Needle and Seattle waterfront. Views of the Olympic Mountains and access to a stunning shared backyard area with a fire table, grill, and outdoor sitting area. The apartment is a "mother-in-law" in the bottom floor of the main house with a private entrance and access to a beautiful backyard.

The property is great for a family stay. It’s furnished much better than the usual rental, we really felt at home. The location is convenient, especially if you are familiar with Seattle. Pamela, the host, is both kind and very accommodating. We were traveling with our one year old baby and she was incredibly understanding of our needs. The outdoor space was also spectacular, with a great view.

Great spot in Queen Anne

Perfect place for our family for a few days in Seattle. Looks exactly like the pictures. The backyard is fabulous. We brought in dinner one night and enjoyed the sunset view. Local market and bakery are a 10 min walk away.

4 day vacay with the family

Our son lives nearby in Queen Anne so we came to visit. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals together. The backyard had comfortable furniture for lounging and dinner with a great fire table and barbecue. Great sunsets and gardens . Hosts were fabulous!

Would definitely recommend for a nice, comfortable place to stay.

Nice Location

The apartment is lovely, updated and super clean. Queen Anne is a great neighborhood and wonderful for walking. One thing that must be noted is there is an active family that live above the apartment. The noise was significant at times but overall a pleasant stay.

Great for Families

Large, comfortable space. Quiet apartment on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood, a short drive from downtown. We all slept well here in big, comfy beds. Helpful owners upstairs. Good kitchen with everything we needed to eat a few meals at home. This was a great place to stay as a parent with three children.

Amazing

This was a perfect apartment for our family!! Very baby, toddler, and kid friendly. It had a playpen, toys, highchair, and kid kitchen utensils. The backyard has amazing views! Pamela is great and responds promptly! The location is close to everything.

Stairs and hills

Enjoyed our stay very much. walking distance to restaurants although it is very hilly. I don't know if the listing says that you must walk down several stairs to get to the apartment. It can be quite a chore with large suitcases.

Great Outdoor Space

Had an excellent stay at this very clean and well maintained home. The backyard space was perfect for an evening glass of wine and a morning cup of coffee......all with a beautiful view. Our family highly recommends this home!

Wonderful apartment away from it all. Bus stop nearby to easily get downtown. Ample space and comfortable backyard with sunset and slight water views. Some noise from upstairs and neighbors but overall, quiet and peaceful.

This was by far the nicest property I’ve had the pleasure of staying at yet! Accurate in its description and easy to maneuver. The neighborhood is beautiful and the flowers in the summer are beyond anything I’ve seen.

The place was great! Clean, roomy, comfortable, beautiful views, and just overall very nice! The location was great - within walking distance of a lot places to see or public transportation to take you where you want to go. Wonderful condo with a great view!

Had such a wonderful time staying at this condo. The beds were so comfortable with plenty of pillows. Loved all the upgraded finishes throughout the condo. Worked great for our party of 5. It was nice to have parking right out front. The view from the yard was stunning of the Olympic Mountains covered in snow. Host was very accommodating, friendly, and the communication was great! We will definitely stay again.

Convenient location and no hidden fees!

This place was fabulous. Clean, quiet and very nice. The best part was the lack of hidden fees. Everywhere else we looked had absolutely outrageous fees; not so with this place. What you see is what you get. Would absolutely recommend.
