Our condo is conveniently located just 1 mile from downtown Redmond, known for its vibrant arts and culture scene, delicious dining options, and trendy shops. You'll be just a short drive or walk away from local attractions such as the Redmond Town Center, Marymoor Park, and the Sammamish River Trail, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. If you're visiting for work, our condo is also conveniently located near major tech companies like Microsoft, Nintendo, and AT&T, making it an ideal choice for business travelers. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our condo provides a comfortable and convenient base for your stay in Redmond.

Other Things to Note:
1-This condo is on the ground floor of a building so you may hear upstairs neighbors.
2- It's cooler than upstairs houses and doesn't have a lot of sunshine other than in the morning.
3- There is no central AC but we provide fans.
4- Up to 2 pets are allowed with $150/pet or $300/2 pets. We may have to request additional money from you.
5- A minimum stay of 3 months is required. All guests must undergo a background and credit check and sign a lease agreement

I selected the property for a weeklong business trip with a colleague. The listing presented a clean, clear, and open space, which was true to the actual experience. Having separate bedrooms with two complete bathrooms was exactly what I was looking for (one bedroom has bathroom en suite; the other just outside its bedroom door.If you're especially sensitive to noise, there's another property overhead and you can hear movement. However, the listing responsibly mentions this. It was no issue for me.Also, having a parking space just outside the front door was great!All-in-all, I was completely satisfied staying here on a business trip with a colleague. It's perfect for family/friends, too.Communication with host was light touch and perfect...everything we needed!

We had our house locally on the market so we needed a 42 day stay. Apt was spotless clean with plenty of supplies for our stay. The apt was very warm and comfortable and a very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend it to anyone needing a place in that location without hesitation.

The photos accurately show the furnishings. The location to downtown Redmond is good and it is a short walk if you can walk up a steep hill to get home. As the listing states you can hear the upstairs neighbor walk around but they are quiet people and it is not too unpleasant. The king bed in the master is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The parking space is in a carport. All appliances work and the electric heat kept us warm. These condos were built in the 1970s and are older units. The unit is 5 steps down from the parking spot as it is built on a hill. I believe the unit faces north so even on a sunny day daylight into the unit is limited. There is a side window in the kitchen but it faces onto a walking path. The bathroom windows are at grade with the parking area. Because this is an older unit the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are probably original to the 70s. The tile counter on the main bath needs to be repaired or replaced. The kitchen counter and sink are older.
