  • Only minutes away from Seattle and SeaTac Airport. Shopping and restaurants right down the road at Westfield Southcenter Shopping Center. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the common area has a sofa with a queen-size pull-out bed. This 3rd floor unit can comfortably sleep 4 people.

    Completely updated unit featuring new exterior and interior paint and new floors. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances. All new furniture. The tall, vaulted ceiling gives a very open and spacious feel.

    Additional features include TV, free WIFI, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer and dishwasher.

    We DON’T allow parties.

Perfect fit

We needed a place convenient to public transportation so we could go downtown everyday and this place was perfect for that. The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean. Loved the AC unit in the bedroom, as well!

This VRBO was awful! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! The washing machine was filthy, the dryer vent was filthy, between the washer/dryer and the wall was full of dust, cobwebs etc. The agitator, for putting in softener, was filthy. The inside rim of the washer was filthy. There was no light over the washer/dryer to arrange clothes or check to see what the setting should be. The blinds on the windows didn't have proper closure. The blind on the patio window was missing two strips. The fan vent in the bathroom was fility. It's surprising that it didn't catch on fire, for it being so full of dust/lint etc. The towel bar and the toilet paper bar were falling out of the wall, attachments loose. There was leftover food in the fridge and in the kitchen cabinets. In this day and age, Covid etc., there should be NO food left in either places of the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets were unorganized and missing items, ex. can opener. Under the kitchen, and the bathroom, sinks were just a mess! Nothing was displayed neatly! The TV was lousy! Hard to figure out. Couldn't find the local channels. We could continue, but we're sure if you are reading our comments, you are getting the idea......DO NOT RENT! We asked for a half refund, and was told no. However, the owner, did give us a credit of $200.00. Big deal! In ending, just in our opinion, you'll be sorry if you rent this VRBO!!!! A&G

Perfect location for a short trip to Seattle

We came down for two Mariners games. Location was perfect! Apartment was clean and well appointed. It was very quiet and the bed and couch were comfortable.

Perfect for longer stays

Stayed here for 5 days while my son was at a sports camp close by. This condo has everything you’ll need for a stress free stay. Would definitely come back!

Nice apartment with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable King memory foam bed. Very convenient to SouthCenter Mall and shopping area with a lot of restaurant choices. Assigned parking spot by the door made parking easy.

Visited my bf that’s stationed at JBLM, the stay was nice. Only complaint I had was getting the check in information the day of me arriving, the parking was a little confusing and the neighborhood was a little creepy.

Close to airport

Nice condo that is close to the airport and shopping and the freeway. Somewhat noisy because it’s so close to the freeway. Only one bath towel for 2 people. I found another old one in a drawer. They didn’t have any wash cloths in the bathroom. I had to find one in a drawer. Should put those amenities out for the guests to use. Fully equipped kitchen which was nice.

We came here for a quick trip to Seattle and it was so clean and perfect for the two of us! It's close to everything and right off the freeway, which was convenient for us since we went all over the place! I would definitely book the same place again if I go back to Seattle!

Loved having a washer/dryer for my month long trip to the NW.

Coffee maker was dirty when I arrived. Cleaned it up and proceeded to figure out how to use it. All good after that.

Perfect location for exploring Washington

My friend and I spent four nights here and it was the perfect place for us to get everything we wanted out of our trip to Washington! All of the amenities were provided, the apartment was very clean and comfortable, and we had no issues getting to and from the airport or the Seattle area. This was a fantastic bargain for $95 a night, and I would HIGHLY recommend this location over a hotel any day!

Location

Located very close to the airport! We quickly became familiar with the area with the Westfield Mall and restaurants. Only a 20 mins drive to Pikes Place Market.
