This great condo is just one block above downtown Kirkland and the Lake Washington waterfront. Beautiful view. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, art galleries and many fun retail shops. Located just 15 minutes east of downtown Seattle and just 10 minutes north of downtown Bellevue with easy access to freeways. A great location for work or for a fun, relaxing get away! The view from the living room is absolutely spectacular. We loved the location of this condo. We got a week pass at F45 and enjoyed walking to our work out several days. We also loved the proximity to Ben & Jerry’s, multiple coffee shops, and lots of delicious restaurants. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked with anll the cooking equipment you need. Our stay here couldn’t have been better.

Clean space with wonderful view. The building itself shows its age but the unit is nice and updated. Location is amazing with so many amenities within walking distance. This is silly but coming fromAlaska it was exciting seeing all the grapes growing along the pool fence.

Perfect!

Exactly what we needed for our month’s stay in the PNW to visit family and friends. The unit is small but the fabulous view of Lake Washington gives a feeling of openness. Couldn’t ask for a better location as there are so many shops and restaurants within a very short walking distance. There is a bit of a walk outdoors to the unit from the elevator; an awareness for anyone with mobility issues. Also there is no cable. Would stay here again if in the area.

Great condo for our stay in the Seattle area! The condo is very well maintained and stocked with all needed supplys. Excellent views and the condo pictures truly represent it. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Location, Views & Property Mgr!!

Excellent view of Lake Washington & City Skyline. Downtown Kirkland is a complete gem and you get there in 5 mins walking....so the location is also outstanding! Can't say enough kind words about Heidi...we had an extremely early flight into SEA from Maui on our check-in day and she was more than accommodating to help us get some needed rest before we met friends from the area. Her responsiveness was simply outstanding and is why I not only will stay here again, but have shown our friends the apartment so they can have others consider when visiting the SEA Area. Expectations exceeded...nice job Heidi!!

Special Little Spot

First of all Kirkland is a cool little town with almost every dining/drinking choice you need. This condo is perfect for a couple. Views of water/city are stunning. For you hoity-toity types looking for the 4 Seasons, this ain’t it. Older building and basic interior. However the location, view, cleanliness and host make it a great great choice IMO. Thanks!

Wonderful Experience

I enjoy staying at this location as it offers a wonderful host, great location, and it really makes you feel like home!!! Kirkland is a wonderful place and just about everything you need is within walking distance. And if you are a bit adventurous, you can easily catch public transportation into downtown Bellevue and Seattle to explore. I would recommend it.

Great location and accommodations!

I stayed at this condo for 4 nights and it was perfect. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants, and cute little shops in downtown Kirkland. I had to work during the week, so WIFI capability was key, and it did not disappoint. I am already planning my next trip to Seattle and hope it is available for me to stay at again.
