Step into our tastefully designed modern townhome! This cute and cozy townhome sits on a very quiet street and in a peaceful neighborhood while only minutes drive to downtown Seattle, West Seattle and Alki beach! Two suites on the lower & upper floors with own baths providing privacy, making this a perfect spot for two couples.

The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 670 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps to entrance.

**Floor Plan**
• Lower Floor: Parking entrance, bedroom with queen bed, bathroom w/ shower, heating only but stays comfortable in the summer
• Main Floor: Street entrance, kitchen, dining, living room with smart TV, A/C for heating & cooling, washer/dryer
• Second Floor: Loft bedroom with queen bed, bathroom w/ shower, balcony, heating only

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. In particular, the staircases to access the upper and lower floors are very steep (the one going downstairs is a narrow spiral, the one going upstairs is almost a ladder), which might make it unfriendly to young children and pets. Please exercise extra caution and hold handrails at all times.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Great location in west Seattle, although you can get temporarily delayed by the freight train or drawbridge if a barge is going by. The unit is very clean and modern. Other reviewers are correct about the stairs up and down to the two bedrooms/bathrooms - do not rent if that is an issue for you. It was perfect for us, and no complaints at all. Good choice for an extended stay as well with dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Clean and in great neighborhoods we had a little trouble with the deadbolt on the front door lock and were a little surprised by the upstairs bathroom (technically is a full bathroom but is a has a very small sink and doesn’t actually have a full door to separate the bathroom and bedroom). Be sure to be staying with someone you’re comfortable with if in the upstairs bedroom lol. Kitchen and bathroom had all needed amenities (coffee, hairdryer, etc) and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer. Great upstairs balcony.

Beautiful little property with comfortable beds and well equipped. Because of the ladder stairs and circular stairs to each of the two bedrooms, I wouldn't recommend this property for anyone concerned about walking up and down those kinds of stairs. The owners were very good communicators and extremely responsive to our needs. Relatively easy driving access to other areas of Seattle, including downtown.

This unit was just as it was described on the listing. A very clean space with all the necessary amenities. A big plus for us was having a laundry unit available inside. We were steps away from a cool coffee shop and a short ride away from a great beach. The stairs to the loft bedroom are steep so just keep that in mind when booking this place. Otherwise, it was a lovely space in a cute and quiet community.

Although we expected the unit to be very small, the unit wasn’t completely clean and needs some work. As others have noted, the top floor bedroom can get very hot because there’s no A/C on that floor. There were a number of things broken - access keypads fell off the building, blinds were broken and couldn’t lower, towel racks/toilet paper holders are loose, and the shower soaps fell off the wall (had been installed cheaply with adhesive tape, as opposed to hardware) Overall good communication with the management company. They were responsive.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Had all the right amenities, and was so centrally located to EVERYTHING! The place itself was perfect and quaint. Traversing the different levels can be challenging with luggage, or if someone has physical limitations. We will stay here again! For sure! Wonderful, quiet neighborhood, with lots to walk around and see. Love this space!

No top sheets on bed. Told owner and was told sorry she would talk to cleaners. Very difficult to sleep with only a comforter in July with no air conditioning. Bad night sleep equals no fun vacation and the owner didn’t care. Sheets on the bed are a pretty basic thing!
