Nestled just one block from vibrant Broadway, Cal Anderson Park, and the Link light rail, you’ll have the best of Seattle at your doorstep—renowned dining, lively bars, boutique shops, parks, and premium grocery stores, all within walking distance.

Spread across four levels and nearly 1,800 square feet, this thoughtfully designed home comfortably hosts up to six guests. Each of the three spacious bedrooms is situated on its own floor for added privacy. Two feature large king-size beds with private en-suite bathrooms, while the third offers a cozy queen with easy access to a separate full bath. We also provide a street parking pass for a second/larger vehicle, offering added flexibility. Additional street parking may be available nearby, but guests are responsible for adhering to all city parking regulations.
• This dwelling is a 5-story townhome (including rooftop) and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases. Refer to the above description for the detailed layout by floor.
• While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.

**House Rules**
• Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home.
• NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.
• Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the home. We are unable to receive, hold, or forward any items. Please arrange for delivery to a local FedEx, UPS, or USPS location for pickup.
