  • La unidad de vivienda está completamente amueblada y totalmente nuevo! Fue construido en el año pasado y tiene un dormitorio y un baño. Hay una cama de matrimonio con un armario, una cama futón por lo que la unidad puede mantener una familia de cuatro. Hay una lavadora y secadora establecer así y hemos proporcionado toallas, detergente para la ropa y jabón para lavar platos. El barrio es muy tranquilo y como una familia de cinco miembros, que no hacen mucho ruido y también se encuentran en un edificio separado.

Perfect spot to post up while we sold our house. We reported a minor plumbing issue and it was fixed immediately. Loved how walkable this unit is! We walked to dinner several nights (check out North City Bistro for great wine selection & live music) and there's a Safeway close by. Property manager proactively asked if we wanted the air turned on when the weather turned warm during our stay. Highly recommend!

The location was easy access for us. It was quiet little to no traffic.

Shoreline’s Best!

This home is immaculate! Great location, amenities, close to I-5, and so many walkable trails nearby. Tesfaye and her family were wonderful hosts - I’d recommend this place to everyone.

Quiet, comfortable apt for 2

The location of this apartment was extremely convenient for visiting our son's family in Shoreline. The setting was completely quiet and the bed very comfortable, so we easily slept off our jet lag. The onsite washer and dryer were a huge help, as we had traveled with only carry-on luggage.

This was a large, comfortable space in a great, walkable neighborhood with restaurants and other conveniences. The hosts were friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns we had.My only real complaint is that the listing photo gives the impression that the entry is right off the driveway. The door that's shown is for a family business, and the entry to the rental is around back, up a flight of stairs. It wasn't a huge issue for us, but others may find that to be relevant.Would definitely stay here again.

Seattle trip

We had a great time on our trip. This place was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Our son was able to stop in & have dinner with us. The kitchen had what we needed & the dining table was big enough for everyone. The owner was easy to communicate with on our stay. If we come to this area again we would stay here again. Thank you!

Great location and communication

The owner was very nice and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy, with plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed. The shower had strong pressure, which I really appreciated. There was plenty of seating and an outdoor patio area. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in Shoreline!

Perfect quiet location

Nice clean place, there are a lot of stairs to get in which we knew as they have it in their pictures. Close to all amenities groceries etc. Cafe Aroma was always our morning stop. Then out for the day of activities. Bed was comfortable. Extra blankets if needed. Host was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again if we came back to this area.

Stay in Shoreline

I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Tesfaye's home. He was very gracious. The space was roomy. There were plenty of supplies, such as dishes and cookware. The washer and dryer worked great! It felt like being in the middle of a forest, and it was very quiet. Plenty of parking, close to I-5, so convenient!

Great place to stay in shoreline

The space was clean and roomy. It sits on a quiet street. Full size kitchen was nice to prepare food. Loved having the extra apps for watching tv in the evening. The owners were excellent to work with and responded promptly to questions or concerns we had. Easy to work with. There was an issue with some of the bath towels but it was addressed. We do make trips up occasionally to visit family and will consider staying here again.

Tranquil and clean

The photos didn’t do this property justice! This space had all the amenities we needed and was cozy for us two. We had everything we needed to cook meals, and longer after long days of walking hiking and exploring Seattle. A bonus was that Trader Joe’s was within a mile so our first day we took a short LYFT ride over to grab groceries and snacks for our week stay. A huge plus is the accessibility to public transportation just download the transit go app! Tesfaye was also communicative and friendly when we saw him In person a couple of times, he lived next door which was nice in case we had needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice little nest

Overall, a nice place to stay. It was a relatively new property, with a well- equipped kitchen, nice bath and comfortable bed. The property is in a nice rural location, quiet and yet accessible to major thoroughfares. Unfortunately, a couple of downs vexed us; as is all too typical with these rentals, the tv access is Terrible, with absolutely no current programming. A total news blackout! Secondly, the most uncomfortable couch in all Seattle. Also, the steep entry staircase, which would be problematic for older folks, was not mentioned in the initial ad. All in all, we'd certainly stay here again and put up with the little issues!
