This townhome is a `Seattle-theme` home with a boho chic flair commemorating all of the beautiful characteristics Seattle is known for!

First floor features one bedroom (Queen-size bed with premium mattress, cooling memory foam and down pillows, luxury Brooklinen sheets) and full bathroom (with heated floors) stocked with toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc.

Second floor features the main living area including a fully loaded kitchen, dining area, and entertainment space with 65` Samsung Smart TV (all streaming services available with your login). Enjoy cooking a meal, playing board games or lounging in the convertible velvet chair by the floor-to-ceiling windows!
--Sofa also turns into a queen bed (please let me know ahead of your reservation if you`d like the team to have this already pulled out upon your arrival).
--Kitchen includes both a Nespresso and Coffee Maker. All of the coffee beans are sourced from local coffee shops in the neighborhood (even use their diner mug available to match!)

Third floor features the entire Primary Suite (King-size bed with premium mattress, cooling memory foam and down pillows, and luxury Brooklinen sheets), ensuite bathroom and washer/dryer. Turn on the `Sleepless in Seattle` neon light in the bedroom or use the spa-inspired bathroom featuring a rain showerhead and heated floors!

From the Primary Suite, you can go up to the rooftop to catch beautiful views of the Seattle and Bellevue skylines, Lake Union, and Mt Rainier! Rooftop includes full sectional, dining table and propane BBQ grill.

Guests have access to the entire property and rooftop. This home features a keyless entry using the August app or keypad with an entry code provided ahead of the reservation.

There is onsite parking in the driveway behind the property. Off-street parking is also available in the front and side of the property.

Pets are welcome! Please include them in your reservation when booking. If pets are present and not accounted for (who are not service animals), there will be a $500 fee.

Home features 3 floors with 4 set of stairs including rooftop entry.

Please note for safety/security purposes, there is an exterior ring camera doorbell.
Pet Policy: pets are gladly accepted! We kindly ask to keep pets off all furniture and crate pets if leaving for long periods of time.
