  • Welcome to our beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, pet-friendly home in Seattle's vibrant Columbia City neighborhood! Just minutes from the Light Rail and downtown, and 5 miles from Lumen Field, our home is perfectly located near local restaurants and grocery stores, making it an ideal base for your family's Seattle visit.



    The home features:



    ● A luxurious Primary Suite with an en suite bathroom, complete with a separate soaking tub and a large spa shower for two.

    ● Two bedrooms with queen beds.

    ● One bedroom with two twin beds.

    ● An office area with a new sleeper sofa.

    ● A living room with a cozy gas fireplace.

    ● A loft area with a comfy sofa and games.



    The chef's kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, comes fully stocked for all your culinary needs. Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and the convenience of a washer and dryer. The beautifully landscaped yard includes a partially fenced backyard with grass, perfect for lawn games and your furry friends. Admire the stunning views of Lake Washington and Mt. Baker from the upper-view deck, which includes seating and a gas BBQ. With Smart TVs throughout the home, you'll have plenty of entertainment options.

    House Rules:

    - No Parties or Events ($500 fine). 10 guests maximum strictly enforced. If you are looking for a party house, this is not for you.

    - No smoking of any kind anywhere is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas.

    - Due to our API connection and liability, we must have a signed Rental agreement with a copy of your driver's license at the time of booking.

    - There is a $500 security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damage is reported.

    - Must sign a rental agreement upon booking



    Pets: One well-trained dog is welcome at $50 per stay. Please indicate if you'll be bringing your dog when booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture; please use the dog bed provided. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture and linens resulting in extra cleaning efforts will be charged accordingly. We have dog food and water dishes and provide pet waste bags.



    Guest Access: The entire home is included in the rental. Guests have access to the backyard. Note there is an M-I-L apartment below with a separate entrance in the rear of the home that is occupied, so you may see the other tenant coming and going.



    Fees, Pricing, and Booking:

    - The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.

    - We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.

    - We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at the time of booking to protect your stay.

    - One complimentary date change if your check-in date is over two weeks away. No date changes are allowed otherwise.

This was a great place for a family trip to Seattle. The kitchen was well stocked. All the bedrooms were comfortable. There was ample living room space for movie nights. The location was great with lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had a great stay and would return.

I was very pleased with the house and the location - it's about 4 blocks from the light rail train. The only thing I think people need to know is that there are several steep steps leading up to the house. It makes difficult to get luggage up to the house. We are both on the older side (above 70) and it was hard for us to carry our luggage into the house. Luckily our younger sons were with us and helped with that. The house is beautiful and the view is spectacular.

The place was amazing in regards to: location, descriptions, communication, and the overall vibe. Magic happened this week because of it. However, there were no paper towels and other such paper products which caused some inconveniences due to lack of mobility for guests. Otherwise, fantastic.

Overall a Swell Stay

Sparkling clean, great views, comfy beds. Unfortunately, one of our party was recovering from a recent foot surgery, so the stairs were a bit of a challenge. The driveway was narrow for our large SUV, we needed to exit and enter the vehicle elsewhere. The radiant heat was divine. Our brief stay made us hunger for a longer one next Seattle visit. The closeness to Geraldine’s Counter was wonderful.

Amazing view convenient to Columbia City

Collin was readily responsive when we had a question about entering. Except for one drawer in the kitchen, it was super clean . Top end appliances. Note: kitchen cabinets are really high for a small person, but there’s a great step stool. The views are spectacular and the bed is super comfy. Instructions about how to operate the nest temperature would be helpful.

Collin’s home is a gem. Three main floor bedrooms (sleep 6 total) and flexible pull out couch (sleeps 2) are clean and comfortable and share a bathroom. Stuffies, games, and craft items cater to kids. Large laundry room opens up to backyard, which my kids happily played in. It is not fully enclosed but not visible from the street. Upstairs, master suite is thoughtfully designed. The whole family ended up using the master bathroom since it was so spacious. Third floor loft is a great extra space with pull out couch and a fan. The kitchen was so open and inviting. It was like being home. Intuitive, not just functional but beautiful. Includes many basic spices, coffee, creamer, sugar, oil. Breathtaking view! Overall, a perfect place to unwind and convenient to PCC Grocery, shops, public transportation, and a Farmers Market on Wednesdays. Great neighborhood.
