*. Parking Disclosure: There is one parking lot in the front of the house. The parking lot is big! Guests could park RV or 10+ cars on the lot.

*. Due to the secluded nature of this rental, there might be bear sighting during your stay. Please do not leave rests of food outside, and do not let children play alone outside after dusk.



*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.



*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.



*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). Gorgeous mountain retreat, close to everything!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 to stay for a week. Very spacious. Modern furnishings (especially the kitchen!!!). Extremely comfortable beds! Host was great and very responsive with questions. Located in a very private and quiet area, it’s almost hard to believe the city is just a short drive away. Thanks for hosting us. Highly recommend!!!
