    The Space:

    Access: Condo is equipped with a smart lock. New door code will be generated on the day of your arrival.

    Kitchen Items: electric stovetop, oven, full-sized refregerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee machine + French press, turkey coffee pot, and a toaster.

    Relocating guests:

    Please contact me if you need recommendations about good schools for kids public/private, need recommendation for real estate agent, or if you have any questions about the area.

    Guest with cleaning solutions sensitivity or other type of sensitivities:

    We try our best to use only natural cleaning solutions (Brand: 7th Generation) that are tough on germs/stains while being safe for humans and kids. If you have allergies/eczema/other sensitivity please contact me if you would like to request HEPA filter/humidifier or if you have other special requests. Most of my cleaning solutions/dishwasher gel/cloth washing liquid are fragrance free.

Outstanding Condo!

This is an amazing place to stay! Close enough to downtown Bellevue to easily access all the shops and restaurants, but in more quiet surroundings. Rita has thought of everything to ensure guests are comfortable and truly cares about making sure you have a great stay.

The BEST place to stay in all of Bellevue

100% highly recommended, beautiful place, quiet but centrally located. Host is amazing and thought of everything for our stay. Would definitely love to stay there again.

Excellent! Lovely apartment very close to the top end of town. Clean, spacious, wonderful host.

Really lovely apartment. The photos are accurate and it was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Rita was a terrific host who sent all the details we needed just when we needed them. Very close the top end of town (maybe a five minute walk). Quiet and peaceful at night. Thank you!

Easy 4 block walk to center of Downtown Bellevue. Very clean, modern & comfortable 2 bed/2 bath. Easy access to condo — received clear instructions the day prior. Property mgr quickly responded to question about hot tub access.

Place is like new and Rita is great

The unit seems new. The beds are firm and comfortable with linens that are spotless. Beautifully decorated with simple and functionable furniture. Easy walk to the mall and restaurants in Bellevue. Manager is wonderfully hospitable; quick to respond to requests and very kind looking after our needs to make our stay a pleasant one. We got to open new board games. 😊 The TV has very good streaming content.

Wonderful space!

Super clean and beautiful space! Very comfortable beds, roomy condo, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, extra pillows and blankets, many fluffy towels. Host responded timely to questions and was extremely helpful and reached out to make sure that we were comfortable and settled. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we were not expected to do chores prior to checking out. We highly recommend this VRBO and this host! Thank you, Rita! We’ll definitely look for your properties again.

Third time!

We’ve now stayed in all 3 of the owner’s condos in this complex in Bellevue. It’s ideally located near everything and once again the condo was comfortable and welcoming. As we were there over the holidays, the owner, Rita, put up a Christmas tree and left a fire log in the fireplace. A very nice and homey touch. This condo had all the amenities you could ask for, which made our stay easy. Rita is a great host and incredibly responsive. We will definitely be back!!!
