Modern Craftsman Garden Patio

  • Enjoy your Seattle stay in the vibrant & artistic Georgetown neighborhood! Georgetown is truly one of the last artsy, funky neighborhoods left in Seattle - you will be a five minute walk from the many restaurants, bars, wine tasting rooms & more in the `downtown` Georgetown neighborhood. It`s also kid friendly as you will see many families out and pushing strollers around.

    The neighborhood is located a few miles south of the downtown Seattle core.

    This is the top unit of a completely remodeled craftsman (if bottom unit is available you can rent the whole house and have 6 beds & 4 baths!)

    This unit has the classic craftsman feel, but it has been completely remodeled with some modern touches!

    Obviously you have access to the entire unit - there is a lower unit of the house that may be rented too, so you will need to be respectful of other guests. The front yard and side yards are also yours to enjoy.

    Please, if there is something you need, reach out and I will try my best to make it happen!

    Georgetown is a cool neighborhood about three miles south of Seattle. Formerly an industrial area filled with warehouses, Georgetown has gone from shabby to chic, from industrial to artsy. Today, the neighborhood is a great place to find trendy restaurants, breweries, and art galleries.

    Super duper easy walking to all the bars, restaurants, shops, coffee etc from the house. 5 min walk max. If you want to venture to other areas of Seattle, you have multiple routes for easy access most anywhere. 10 minutes to downtown and sports stadiums. Very close to the airport too!

    NOTE: This unit is pet friendly BUT I only allow dogs, and one pet only - if your situation is different, please ask before booking. I really appreciate it!

    Estimated drive times to various points of interest:

    Downtown Seattle: 10 min
    Stadium District (Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders): 7 min
    Airport: 20 min
    University of Washington: 20 min
    Greenlake: 20 min

    This location has AMAZING access to both main highways running north and south through Seattle - you can be on highway 99 or 5 typically in less than 2 min, but you wouldn`t really know you are that close!
    No cats - and please only one dog allowed per stay.
    NO SMOKING inside of any kind - if we find evidence of smoking in the house you will be subject to a $250 fine.

Family surgery Harborview

this property was very homelike. It had nice separation for privacy. It did lack a little bit in the kitchen as far as utensils go, but I did convey that to the property owner. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very comfortable and quiet property in the heart of Seattle

Very well maintained and appointed property in the historic Georgetown neighborhood. I'm a West Seattlelite who works in Georgetown and needed a central property for an assortment of out of town guests. This place was PERFECT! Easy freeway access, restaurants/bars in walking distance for adventures on their own. Property owner was incredibly responsive. My guests raved about how comfortable they were. 100% recommend!

One night in Seattle

We went to a concert and decided we would stay in Seattle. The Uber ride was about 10-15 min depending on traffic. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was clean and well maintained.

Perfect place for being close to downtown

We came to Seattle for a Mariners game and wanted to stay overnight. It’s a quick Uber over to the ballpark. The house was clean. There was a lot of debris in the yard but I think that was a temporary landscaping issue?

A brief stay in Seattle

I think the house was a bit pricey. They did offer earplugs. Mabe for the airplanes, but the Ac units in every room were also loud. We were grateful they were there but it made for a louder than expected night's sleep.

Comfy. Clean. Convenient.

Close to fwy exit and in a quiet residential community. Pulled up to open parking each time I returned. Stairs at entryway. Front patio is cute to hangout on. Loved the outdoor table to play cards. Living space isn’t too big, but it opens to a spacious dining area. Split units and humidifier were a nice option. Kitchen is large and the island is a really nice size. Loved the washer and dryer option to wash after our 8 day cruise. Rooms were large in size and all mattress were SUPER comfy! 3/4 bath in front room isn’t too big, but did the job. Hallway bath is updated and big. Thanks for being stocked with shampoo and conditioner! Great communication as well!
