Messages and calls sent 2 weeks prior to arrange for an early check in, did not receive a response until the morning of check in. Early check in was unavailable, no big deal right? Received a message 30 minutes before check in stating that the cleaning team did not clean the unit, the host gave me a few options on how to proceed following this. I opted to be refunded 1/2 the cost of my first night and stay in the unit due to a concert I was attending that night. The host apologized and assured that the cleaners will be there first thing in the morning. Woke up to messages saying that the earliest they could show up is 3pm…another let down.So I return later that night after a long hike expecting a clean place only to find the unit was somehow even dirtier?? Clumps of hair and food stuck in the rugs, general dirt all over the floors, the toilet was still dirty from the last guests and wine spills left sticky on the island surface. I notified the host immediately and never received a response back, even after checking out! I ended up vacuuming and wiping down surfaces so I could feel comfortable in the end.After, returning from the hike, I was planning on doing laundry since I would be checking out the following morning. And yet again…another let down! Mold in the washer!! I ended up having to cancel my morning plans to go to a laundromat.The unit itself is amazing, the location is great but please consider other options before booking. This was a horrible experience!!

We loved the property! It was the perfect location for our stay - within walking distance to the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, Pike Place Market, etc. Overall the space was great!

Great condo/flat, but rough check-in and communicationi

Good:The visuals of the photos match the actual interior and then some. It is well designed and high quality, clean furniture, appliances, surfaces, etc. We spent a lot of time playing games on the whiteboard in the living room which was not something which was a nice surprise.The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. We also made use of the washer and dryer (although heads up...no washing soap provided).Needs work:Biggest problem we had was check-in and communication. Upon arrival after a long day of travel we waited outside a long time to be let in the building. And that was only by another resident as we were unable to reach the hosts by the phone, text, VRBO app, or the callbox. For a family of 6 with minors, this was stressful. When the host finally responded much later, he said he never received a call from the front door and gave a new, different code to enter for the future. No apology or acknowledgement of our frustrating experience. Complete fail on the part of the host. Besides that the only inconveniences we experienced was:Strange lighting arrangement with switches in odd places and an apparent short in the kitchen fixture lighting. The height of the ceiling for the loft "bedroom" is not too suitable for regular/tall adults. Low clearance. It was not clear that 2 of the 6 sleeping slots are the air mattress which was tucked away in a closet. Overall good stay, but a little tweaking and it could get 5 stars all the way.

Great location!

We loved it! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable! The location was perfect for exploring. We’d definitely stay again. The only concern we had was we didn’t get information for parking until we had already paid to park somewhere else. We would love to return!

Decent property, disappointing customer service

This is a nice property in an excellent location, close to everything. I was disappointed at the lack of response when communicating with them however. They did send detailed check in/check out information in a timely manner however no one responded to an email about a question I had about check in/check out times or parking. Their email said to ask for the garage remote if needed however they did not respond to my request for the remote and no remote was available. It took us a while to figure out how to get in to the garage and no one responded to a phone call when we were trying to enter the garage. Without the remote there doesn't appear to be a way to exit the garage unless one person drives and one goes outside to use the fob to open the door. One thing of note is that the bed upstairs is I think a queen turned sideways so you cannot sleep full length without your feet hanging off. Definitely not ideal for all adults.While the apartment is clean there is a thick line of mold along the floor in the bathroom which is unpleasant.There was one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom but no additional toilet paper stocked anywhere that we could find. Very inconvenient as we had to run out in the evening to buy toilet paper. In summary, mostly nice apartment in a good location however I would not stay here again due to the lack of customer service.

Quick Trip

Property was outstanding with enormous windows in the heart of Seattle. Location is an easy walk to the market or the space needle. Communication was great. There is only one set of keys which made it more difficult for our group to split up. The living area was very open and allowed for easy communication with all guests. The free parking was great peace of mind after long days. Excellent stay, would definitely book again!

BIRTHDAY celebration

Such a cute loft. Made us feel like we were living in luxury. Great location. Would recommend for a fun quick trip to Seattle. Comfortably sleeps MAX 5 people. 6th person would definitely be more comfortable on the couch.

Beautiful Gem

The aesthetic of the apartment was absolutely beautiful. Industrial and quirky, but cozy. We were within walking distance of the needle, glass museum, and Public Pike Place Market.
