Mackey Creek Barn Loft Apartment

Unique, spacious, and quiet apartment located in the barn loft of a retired equestrian center in the heart of Redmond. This approximately 850 sqft apartment features a kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, office room, and bathroom. We are just outside of downtown and a 10 minute drive from wine country and the Town Center. Walking trails and a livestock rescue are located in a park at the end of our road for those who enjoy walks in nature.
PCC, Starbucks, and a gas station are 1 mi away.
The space
The barn is located at the back half of our property next to a large arena. There is a large gravel parking area. There is a parking spot with a sign for Apartment 1. The door leading to the apartment is located inside the barn, 1st door on the left as soon as you enter the barn. The apartment is the 1st door down the hallway. We have another apartment down the hall so please only use your door. We live in the house you will pass to get to the barn so if you have any questions or issues we will be around to answer and resolve them.
Guest access
There is a large, grassy area to the left of the arena guest can use if they would like.
The arena, fenced pasture area in front of the house, backyard attached to the house, and any area past the back barn doors (our goats live in this area) are for the home owners use only.
