Welcome to my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite in Downtown Seattle!

This unit is just around the corner from Washington State Convention Center and is located 2 mins away from Seattle Public Library-Central Library, 5 mins to the Beneath the Streets, 6 mins to The Seattle Great Wheel, 5 mins to Pier 55, 4 mins to Frye Art Museum, 11 mins to Mt Baker Beach, and 3 mins away from different restaurants nearby. It's also 11 mins away from Seattle Children's Hospital, less than 6 miles.

Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.

Make yourself feel at home in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, and even those who are in the city for business!

The master features a comfortable double-size bed and also a double-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom. There is a sofa bed located in the living room.

The cozy living room is set up with a comfortable couch for you to relax and a TV with Roku access where you can watch your favorite movies after long sightseeing or work.

There's a functional kitchen that is fully equipped with appliances and everything you need and a dining area to make your favorite meal.

You don't have to worry because you will be provided with sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels!

High-speed WiFi and 1 free parking spot (for compact cars only) are all available during your stay!

Too Many Hiccups
Getting Keys is at a store more than a half mile away. Picking up and dropping them off is your responsibility and cant be done between 11pm and 7am so if you have an arrival time between those hours... book something else. Instructions to access the keys and the property are so complicated that it isnt worth it. if you are not QR code/App savvy you will struggle to access the building. Communication is laggy with the Host and just was a very difficult property to access. Missing a shower door and towels were not the cleanest. Host did what they could but being managed from Canada doesnt help.

My stay here was wonderful. The close proximity to lots of fabulous spots, the view from the living room and the overall comfort of the unit makes this place a gem. The host Michael responded promptly whenever I had something to share or ask about. I’ll probably be staying here again whenever I visit in the future.

Good location, clean apartment, very confused manager/landlord
The manager/landlord Michael is a very confused person. The check-in and check-out process was a nightmare because he had no awareness of how messed up his key policy was. I was told to go to a grocery store, which was 15-20 mins walking distance away from the apartment, to get the key. But the key that I got had no functional fob to enter the apartment and therefore we had to wait for others to open the gate for us. And the functional fob was attached to the spare key inside the apartment. We tried to inform Michael of the absurdity of the situation and all he said was "we got only one fob." Yes Michael, we knew that. Your functional fob was left inside the apartment! The whole time he had no idea what went wrong and kept asking me if I got the fob. Yes, Michael. Otherwise we would have zero access to the apartment. Then the check-out process. We were told to put the key back to the smart-key-box inside the grocery store. Fine. We drove to the store thinking that this time we need to do it the right way by leaving the functional fob inside the box for the next person. Guess what? We couldn't. The set of key that had the fob for the apartment gate did not have the sensor to access the smart key box. And the key that had the sensor for the smart key box did not have the fob to the apartment. Michael, what the f were you doing? Why the f cannot you just put the fob and the sensor together on the same set of key? We need both in order to access the key and the apartment.

Great Location. Easy to get around. loved the view. overall Good experience, im glad I went with Michael, whom Was Also Helpful theoughtout my check in && Check Out. quick To reply. The only minor downfall i had was, there wasnt Extra big trash bags. But it was Okayy, i Made do with The Plastic bags they did provide. Still glad im booked with them.

Me and some colleagues stayed here for the annual BMES meeting and loved the stay! It was close to wear we needed to be and was within walking distance of some great places!

Work trip with a colleague
Super lovely location and a good apartment. It is well-equipped and has two bathrooms. The only thing we could wish was better was the key delivery and the return of the key, which is in a supermarket a good distance away, not easy when you have three suitcases. We had another colleague who also had an apartment in the same building, and he got the key inside the building.

Great location
This apartment was in a great location in Capitol Hill, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go! The only complaint we have is the beds, they are soooo soft that you just roll into the middle. (The couch is great for sleeping) Loved the secure parking and keyed entry into the apartment building.
