*. Steps disclosure: No steps in the entrance or inside, however, the inside doors might not be wide enough for a wheelchair.
*. Noise Disclosure: The owners live in the main house and share a wall with this unit. You may occasionally hear noise from their side.
*. AC Disclosure: Only 1 mini-spilt AC in the bedroom. No AC in the Kitchen. However, fans are provided.
*. Parking: There is 1 assigned outdoor parking spot on the driveway.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Perfect location

We stayed in this 1-bedroom rental for a long weekend of soccer games at 60 Acres. The space was very spacious and clean, with two comfortable queen beds that easily accommodated our group of 2 adults and 2 teens. The large kitchen was fully equipped and made meals super easy. The unit is attached to the owner's house, but still felt very private and quiet. The location is great and felt like we were close to everything that we needed.
