Settle into a comfortable Renton stay with 5R Suites. This fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features air conditioning and a separate den, offering flexible space for families, relocating professionals, and extended-stay guests.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, unwind in the living area, and enjoy the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer. Wi-Fi and a Smart TV keep you connected, while furnished bedrooms, fresh linens, and bath towels help you settle in.

Starter supplies include coffee, tea, toiletries, paper products, and laundry and dishwasher pods. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay.

Pets are welcome with additional fees and a maximum of two pets. Check-in begins at 4 PM, and checkout is at 11 AM. Early arrival or late departure requires advance approval and may incur additional fees.

Remote check-in instructions are provided after the electronic check-in form, ID verification, and rental agreement are completed. The 5R Suites team is available by phone, text, or email for assistance throughout your stay.
1. No smoking allowed within the apartment building, to include: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, marijuana, etc. The sidewalk and/or grass is NOT the proper place to dispose of your cigarette butts. Ash trays will not be provided.

2. Please keep the place clean and tidy throughout your stay. The apartment is new and pest-free and future guests would like it to stay that way. As such, please don`t leave food and garbage out for extended periods of time. We all like to stay clean :)

3. Garbage chutes are located in a room on the opposite side of the floor for your convenience.

4. If something is damaged, please let us know before you check out. It’s ok, these things happen and is no big deal! We just need to know ASAP so we can replace the items for upcoming guests.

5. Check In: 4PM, Check Out: 11AM
These times can be flexible depending on if there is a guest staying before you. We have no issues with early check in if there is no guest the night prior to your stay and the house is already cleaned.
