Welcome to Harbor Steps - the best building and location in all Seattle!

Dates booked? We have six more large 2-bedrooms (VRBO 403924, 437728, 464379, 555845, 671381, 819815) at Harbor Steps, 3 with water views! Plus two standard sized 2-bedrooms with water views (VRBO 678175 & 443070). We also have two water view 1-bedrooms at Harbor Steps (VRBO 403861, 499060).

This 2 bedroom + den, 2 bath apartment (sleeping 6-8, but 6 adults max) will be your home sweet home-base during your stay. Whether in Seattle on business, to sight-see, or visiting family or friends, you will LOVE this apartment, the building amenities, and the location of Harbor Steps. Truly, nothing compares.

~~ About the Apartment ~~

Up the elevator to the 22nd floor, a few shorts steps, and walk in to your Seattle abode and relax. Everything you need is here to enjoy your stay in almost 1400 square feet. Of course, free wifi is included!

Living Room ~ The living room features 2 light colored high quality sofas facing each other and is tastefully decorated in modern shades of deep reds. The high ceilings make it feel even more spacious along with the huge windows letting in tons of light. You won't miss the city views from high up. There is a 46 inch flat screen if you want to stay in for a night. Plenty of room for our queen sized Aerobed if you need extra sleeping space (no sleeper sofa).

Kitchen/Dining ~ Right off the living room is the kitchen and dining, giving it the great room feel. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features a breakfast bar with four stools. The clean white cabinets are set off by the gray quartz counter tops. The stainless appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and oven/stove. Between the kitchen and living area is the dining area for four, plus 4 stools at the breakfast bar, so 8 guests can eat at one time.

Balcony ~ The balcony is just off the living area, and overlooks (22 stories up) 1st Ave.. There are chairs and a small table out there for hanging out with family and friends. The city views are great and you are right in it! The Seattle Art Museum's iconic "Hammering Man" is right below you.

Primary Bedroom & Bath ~ The primary bedroom is large enough for a comfortable pillow-top king-sized bed, you will love the private bedroom. A dresser for all your things, not to mention closet space. Golden luxurious bedding only adds to the beautiful contemporary decor in this room. And don't forget the 40 inch flat screen TV. Past the closet, you'll find your private bath, complete with tub/shower and plenty of counter and cabinet space. It is also remodeled with gray quartz counter tops and includes towels, soaps, shampoo and a hairdryer.

Second Bedroom ~ Opposite side of the unit from the master bedroom is the 2nd bedroom featuring a queen bed, nightstands and a closet. Even this bedroom has a 40 inch flat screen TV. The second full bath is just outside this bedroom as well.

Main Bathroom ~ Also spacious is the full bath with tub/shower, which is also remodeled with quartz counter tops. The red tones are carried throughout the apartment, including the lovely bathroom. Plush towels and even soaps and shampoo are supplied as well as a hair dryer.

Third "Bedroom" or den ~ Not a true bedroom with a door, but an additional sleeping space outside the 2nd bedroom and bathroom (across from kitchen - see floor plan photo). We have a day bed with trundle, so 2 twin mattresses with bedding. Trundle mattress is memory foam. There is a privacy curtain as well.

Take the Link Light Rail and get off 2 blocks from Harbor Steps at Symphony Station on 3rd Ave and Seneca ($3 one-way).

If early check-in isn't available, you can leave your things with the front desk (or after 11am check-out).

Really nice building in an excellent location, very walkable to all of the downtown sights and super close to the Link trains. Taking Link from the airport was easy and convenient and only costs 3 one way and it gets you within 2 blocks of the property. The apartment itself was comfortable and gave my family of 5 everything we needed. The one bed being in a little nook with a curtain was a little strange but we made it work. The only nitpick I would make is that the blinds in the bedroom aren’t in great shape and they let in a lot of light in the morning.

I loved this condo and would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to visit Seattle. The location was ideal being close to Pike Place Market and the harbor as well as many great eating establishments and cafes. It was only a block and a half away from the train station. We either walked or rode the train or the monorail everywhere, including to and from the airport. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. We didn’t spend much time there since we were exploring all day but the beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean.

Très bien situé. Tout se fait à pied. Très belle grandeur de condo Très sécuritaireLe processus d’accueil simple, clair et efficace. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’air climatisé mais il y a beaucoup de ventilateurs et la possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres. 3 eme lit n’est pas très confortable

Great property! So close to Pike Place, the Waterfront and a quick e-scooter ride to Lumen Field/T-Mobile Park. Clean and comfortable and felt safe staying there. One little hiccup when checking in but a quick call to Debra with Picture Properties and it was handled right away. Would totally stay here again!

Wonderful location

Nice place. Very clean. Plenty of sheets, fans, pillows and blankets. Location was great for what we wanted. We did a lot of the city pass activities and this condo was a great location. Food, bars and coffee all within a couple minute walk. Would stay there again if we have the opportunity to.

Fun Baseball Get Away

This location is perfect for getting to lots of Seattle sites. So awesome to be near the harbor and an easy walk to Pike’s Market or catch the light rail to the stadium! The apartment was clean, well appointed and very quiet! We will be back!

Very roomy, fully-stocked, in a fabulous location.

My wife and I along with a friend I enjoyed a great stay in this unit. We have stayed in other units within the building. While this unit does not have a water view, it is quite spacious, very clean, and extremely well-stocked. Not to mention, you just can't beat the price for this large of a space.

Perfect almost 3 BR for a Family

This high rise apartment on the 22nd floor was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. It’s plenty roomy and very close to the wharf and Pike Place market. It’s actually next to the famous Harbor Steps. A very walkable area. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very well maintained apartment. Our youngest broke a glass lamp shade which I quickly notified management about. Debra at the management company was very gracious, and found a very reasonably priced replacement for us.

Loved the location of this rental Highly recommend Management was awesome helping us through a WiFi/tv issue that was resolved quickly Only negative would be the master bedroom king bed was very stiff/firm. Other beds were great in the rental! If we come back will stay here again

Perfect location, plenty of space

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to explore Seattle. It’s very close to Pike Place Market, and we were able to walk to the Space Needle and to a Mariners game. The host was helpful when i had a quick check-in question. The discounted parking was convenient and worth it.

Our family of 5 with college age kids stayed 4 nights. The location is perfect and the condo is spacious and comfortable. It was a easy to check in/out, and the property manager replied quickly to any questions.

Excellent location, excellent property

We were a party of 4 adults staying in the apartment. It was very clean and well maintained. Had a good range of modern appliances. It was also very comfortable and spacious. It's in a great location for exploring Seattle. Good range of bars, cafes and restaurants close by. Excellent communications from owner ensuring everything was to our satisfaction and check in went smoothly.
