Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house. You also can park on our reserved spot and street parking (no permit needed) so parking would be a breeze!

- For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
- We welcome families with children, but please note that the home is not child-proofed and please supervise children at all times.
- Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won't be allowed inside the home without your permission. Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for children, please don't leave them unsupervised.

- Regular rate is for 6 guests, additional guests are $30/person/night up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
- We have dynamic pricing, rates change daily and we don't honor yesterday's pricing.
- We stick to our cancellation policy, so consider getting travel insurance to secure your booking.
*** House Rules ***
- Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine); Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
- NO smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.
- NO digital piracy
- NO shoes in the home.
