New second floor studio apartment above detached garage in a quiet West Seattle neighborhood. It has a full kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities you’ll need. The couch folds out into a king bed or you can just use one side as a twin. Plenty of street parking and easy access to main bus lines. It is located in our backyard, so you might see us or hear kids playing from time to time. You are required to climb a set of stairs to enter from the outside.

Did not see or meet the host, but communicated effectively via text. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed it for. Only thing I would recommend is putting blinds on the door and windows for more privacy. Felt very safe there. :)

Everything was very clean, well stocked. Really comfortable stay and very sweet little neighborhood. The only change I would make is asking for a little broom so I could help clean up rocks or anything from shoes from the gravel so that host doesn’t have to! :) otherwise great stay!

This studio is beautifully finished and well appointed. We had everything we needed and the owners were so accommodating. A quick simple walk down to the beach.Thankful we found this gem and will be back often to visit family.

The two of us spent five nights in this cozy little apartment. Our hosts, Sarah and Jared, are responsive communicators, always providing prompt answers to questions and excellent recommendations. The neighborhood is quiet, and there's a parking space right behind the house. Everything was spotlessly clean, the pull-out couch was easy to use, and we slept very well on it. Coffee capsules for our morning coffee were provided, and all the necessary kitchen appliances are available. There are also nice restaurants nearby. All in all, a very good value for money. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This property is very cozy and perfect for a couple looking to get away! Everything had its place and the space was clean and organized. The kitchenette was also cute, although we didn't get to use it. We appreciated the thorough communication we received prior to arriving. We would stay here again!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I would maybe suggest is adding a window covering to the kitchen window and a little more to the door where everything is all in one area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a couple!

This place was an awesome place to stay in a good area for a little couples weekend! Definitely small but clean and my husband and I are tall (both over 6ft) and the bed was just fine. Cute neighborhood and good location close enough to the downtown but quiet where it is located!
