  • Seattle Waterfront condo positioned at the heart of the revitalized Seattle waterfront, steps from the action. There are 4 miles of walking/biking trails across from the condo and is located on the newly developed 20-acre Waterfront Park. The unit is a 2 bedroom with queen beds and is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-floor condo complex.
    Note: The 2nd bedroom is in the den and has no door. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Comfortable for 4, cozy for 6.

    Offering views of the Puget Sound with ferries and maritime activities. Bright open plan offers transom windows, 9ft ceiling. The condo is within walking distance to the Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium (across the street), Ferry Terminal, Climate Pledge Arena (1.6 miles), TMobile Park (1 mile) and Lumen Field (.7 miles), Bell Street Harbor Center, Pier 66 cruise ship terminal, next to the Marriott Waterfront hotel, a myriad of restaurants, and the Seattle downtown core with shopping and entertainment. This condo complex is the only waterfront residential property in Downtown Seattle. Come experience this waterfront condo with all the comforts of home.

Very nice condo on the waterfront, well equipped and plenty of space for us (family of 3). Location was great for walks, restaurants and shops. Having a parking space in downtown Seattle is great plus.

Fabulous location on the waterfront just below Pike’s Market. The condo is very comfortable and well appointed. Really a perfect spot for exploring all that Seattle has to offer

The hosts Melissa and Mike made the whole process very smooth and were always available if any questions arose. The condo was in a perfect location. We were able to walk to all of the local attractions, makets, restaurants, bars, etc... so no car was needed during our stay. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Seattle!

This is a great place to stay. Just be aware that the condo has specific rules for short-term leases and you need to sign a special lease however, despite that minor detail, the room is clean, has all the amenities, and fantastic location. It is close to everything you could want to see in Seattle and the hosts go out of their way to make you very comfortable.

Our host went above and beyond to help insure that our stay was an excellent experience. The property was amazing, well appointed furnishings and everything that a person could ask for to make the stay everything that a person could ask for. The location allowed for easy commutes by foot to the water front, great place to eat and plenty of options for site seeing and shopping if a person desired. We would not hesitate to utilize their property again in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was the perfect size for our family of five, and we felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The location truly could not have been better! We were right by the beautiful waterfront, across from Pike Place Market, next to the aquarium, and only about a mile from the Space Needle. Being right in the heart of downtown made it so easy to enjoy everything Seattle has to offer. Even getting to the stadium was incredibly convenient—less than a 10-minute drive! We loved being able to step outside and have so many attractions, restaurants, and things to do nearby. It made our family trip even more special and memorable. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and for sharing your condo with our family. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle. Just amazing!! ❤️
