Belltown Court - Centrally Located

View of the city and water was a bonus. Clean pool and facilities. Furniture was comfortable enough, could be updated. The unit was very basic but housed us comfortably and safely.

Great location, comfortable and clean unit, with a relaxing vibe. Stayed with friends and had a great time catching up and walking all around town. Definitely would stay here again. Parking was safe and a plus, along with the use of the buildings amenities.

It was really great, I just have one small concern, the check-in person was a bit over the top about, "Close the door, or fine!" I mean, it just leads to a whole bunch of follow-on questions. Why is this property so concerned about this? What happened in the past to lead to these draconion warnings. A minor, very minor point is that the furnishings were just a bit a dated, especially the bathrooms, but just to be crystal clear: the property is great. The rooms are comfortable, the prices cheaper than comparable hotels, and the location is just about unbeatable. Really, you should stay here.

Great location. Water pressure is different with every faucet or shower head. Toilet is really small. But overall worth the stay for 4-5 ppl.

Great location. The unit did have some safety concerns however. Smoke detector in the loft had no batteries, no grab bars in either of the bathrooms. The downstairs bed frame was about 12" off the floor, way to low for getting in & out of the bed or for making the bed. No bureaus in the bedrooms to organize your clothes or put items on. The kitchen table chairs legs were loose and needed tightening. If you use the dryer it took about an hour to dry the sheets/

The apartment is in a good central location. Close to the Pike Place Market and the Space Needle, Waterfront. The surrounding neighborhood is okay at best. Lots of homeless people a few blocks from the apartment. The apartment felt safe though. Inside the apartment is decent, don’t expect a fancy apartment. The waterfront view and the small balcony makes up for the modest apartment. The appliances are stainless steel but old. The markings on the stove are all gone so you have to use your judgement when cooking anything. The toaster is very old and had rust stains. A very small amount of utensils. The cleaners forgot to pick up a used towel and one of the bath towels in the downstairs bathroom was ripped. There was a single light in the downstairs bathroom which made it a bit dark and there weren’t enough hooks in the bathroom either . Not sure if these things are the responsibility of the owner or Vcasa but I was expecting a better and meticulous service. Also one more thing to note is that the apartment does not have central A/C but individual A/C units in each bedroom and living space. The beds were comfortable and we did have a decent stay there.
