Welcome to our modern 3 bed, 2 bathroom townhome in the heart of Ballard, Seattle! Perfectly designed for your ultimate comfort and relaxation, this exquisite brand new construction home is the perfect choice for your next vacation or weekend getaway.
From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by stunning interiors, rooftop views, and outdoor barrel sauna. And the amenities only get better from there! Look no further, this is NOT your average vacation rental.

One of the highlights of our townhome is the incredible rooftop deck. Take in the breathtaking views of the city while sipping on your morning coffee, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine as the sun sets over Seattle. It's the perfect place to relax and take in the sights and sounds of this beautiful city.

Guests love our Breville Nespresso coffee machine, Nespresso cups, as well as a drip coffee machine provided. We understand that a well-stocked kitchen is essential, which is why we've made sure our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. From high-end appliances to cookware and utensils, you'll have everything you need to prepare meals for yourself and your loved ones.

Our living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Make a cocktail from our fully stocked bar cart and watch your favorite shows and movies on our 72-inch TV, which is equipped with streaming services for your entertainment.

Our primary king size suite is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. With a spacious walk-in closet, wall-mounted TV, and min-split A/C unit, you'll have all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The custom hybrid mattress with high-quality linens will ensure a good night's sleep, so you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

On the second floor, you'll find the second king-size bedroom with a comfortable bed and plenty of space to store your belongings. As well as a the queen size bedroom for additional guests or children, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that's sure to make them feel right at home. Please note, there is no A/C units located on the 2nd floor, however fans are provided.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with the highest quality linens and bathrobes for our guests, including Parachute linens and bathrobes to ensure your comfort and satisfaction during your stay.

For those who love to grill, we've got you covered with a BBQ grill on our rooftop deck. Gather with friends and family and enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the stunning views of the city.

Transit
The D line bus stop is located directly outside of the townhome. The D line leaves every 10 minutes and will take you directly downtown Seattle in under 30 minutes with stops. You can also take the D line to the University St light rail station to get to SeaTac Airport.

Great place! Cozy, clean, and accessible. This place had all the amenities we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have 3 beds and 2 baths. Pretty close to shops and restaurants in Ballard. And we LOVED the sauna. What a great idea! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This newer townhome was in a great location with a parking spot for a smaller car. Our Explorer was a bit too big for the spot but we found parking in front on the street. The furnishings were beautiful and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful as well. I love that one bathroom had a great bathtub. There are many stairs in a 3 story townhome (plus the rooftop level) but we got our exercise! My husband and daughter loved the sauna. Since we visited when temps were below freezing with blue skies, we couldn't enjoy the outdoor seating on the rooftop but hope to come back and enjoy the view. The windows on each level of the home allowed a lot of light and visual appeal with views of the neighborhood. The coffee bar was very nice and kitchen good for small groups since seating for 4 was at the counter. Payton was our contact and was very quick to respond to any of our questions and followed up promptly. We loved our visit and enjoyed the very comfortable and attractive accommodations. We highly recommend this townhome and the service you will receive. Wonderful Seattle visit but wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed here last spring with two girlfriends (we’re all mid-late 40s). House had everything you could want for a short trip. Bedrooms were well-appointed and comfortable. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Neighborhood was quiet but close to good restaurants, and near enough to get downtown easily. Parking spot was too tight for an SUV (not and getting people in/out) so we decided not to park there, but there was ample on-street parking on the same block.

We would recommend this stay to anyone who is okay with stairs. It was my first time staying in a tall thin condo and I was surprised that my folks in their 70's were fine with it. The beds were very comfortable and the sauna was great! I LOVE a cedar sauna. It was also really great to have a designated parking spot! We had a wonderful stay and our communication with the property management was stellar. I'd definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely property. Very comfortable, with a fun roof-top section where we saw beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The owner, Payton, was very helpful. The kitchen is nicely supplied with everything you might need, and the bathrooms have excellent towels, shampoo/soap/etc products and hair dryer. Nice quiet neighborhood as well.

Pros: • Location. For all the places that we visited, this location worked out well for us and our outings. We went as far north to Everett to the Boeing Factory Tour and Funko HQ, way far south to Portland, and the attractions in Seattle. • New build. Modern décor and clean. It was a little warm out, but the AC worked just fine keeping us nice and cool. The roof was a plus for our children to play some board games and relax. • Amenities. Beds were fine. We have firm beds and so we weren’t too used to the plush beds, but it was fine. Two bathrooms. Everything needed to cook. • Host. Payton is great at making sure her line of communication is open and immediate if needed. Neutral: • You can’t escape what comes with Seattle living, namely a couple insects, no matter where you are in Seattle. We had to do away with a couple of them, but this in no way is the fault of the property owner or build, it’s the greenery. This was not a major issue. Just wanted to point that out. • Parking. I could mark this as a negative, but won’t. Parking stall was tight. We had a minivan and parked on the street. I would highly recommend that the parking stalls get painted to divide the spaces evenly. Conclusion: We would stay here again for sure. We would 100% book the same place if the parking stall were able to fit a SUV of minivan for our family. We were comfortable with the space. We enjoyed our time at this property and recommend it to you.

Our family of 4 adults stayed here for five nights. Terrific experience. The house is very new and perfectly maintained, plenty of room with 3 spacious bedrooms and a fantastic rooftop patio. The best part is the location - easy walk to everything in Ballard (breweries, coffee shops, restaurants) and short drives to anywhere in Seattle. Really a perfect place to enjoy Seattle with a group.

We were visiting Seattle for our son's graduation from UW. The rental is in a quiet neigborhood, close to restaurants and easy access to everywhere. It was super clean, in excellent condition and beds were super comfortable. Parking in back is a little tight but street parking is super easy to find. We had two cars so parked on in back and one on street. I highly recommend!!

My family and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful town home. It was perfectly located, close to so many fun things to do in Ballard. The house was perfect. The rooms and the beds were fantastic. The bathrooms were very nice, and there was ample space for our group of five. I highly recommend.

My family (4 of us) traveled to Seattle for a spring break trip. Place was nice, clean and in a good neighborhood. Mgr was AWOL when we needed him most. This bothered me from the first day and on. The not so quick version is, as soon as the vrbo was booked i asked about a early check in. The response was what I expected, ‘depends on the cleaners timeline, cant guarantee a early check in’. That I understand. So, I thought I would check back again the day of check in. I did send a message a couple times Sunday morning (day of check in). No response. Ghosted me until the next afternoon. At that time I received a pre-populated response, which was the same as what I got a couple days before about can’t guarantee anything depends on the cleaners timeline. Nothing original. Had the manager checked with the cleaners I know we could’ve checked in at least a few before 4 o’clock, because we were there at 2:00. I thought I would check with the cleaners myself. There was no one around. I punched in the security code and entered. Everything was clean and they were gone. This was more of a big deal at the time because we were up all night at the airport . Arrived Seattle at 7 in the morning. We were all dead tired, and felt like we were just trying to kill time until we could check in. Had the manager really cared he would’ve checked with the cleaners and got back to us. Just like other managers at other VRBO’s have done for me in the past. Bad first impression!

We had the best time during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make some of our meals at home, and the living room was a comfortable space to hang out and play games. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the linens and towels were all very luxurous. The sauna on the roof was also a great amenity during our cold, rainy stay. There was plenty of street parking and space behind the unit. The only downside was that there isn't a bathroom on the main floor. This normally wouldn't be an issue at all, but our 92 year old grandma was staying with us and it was a bit of a challenge to go up and down the stairs to use the restroom multiple times a day. Totally fine for the rest of us, but just something to consider if you have someone who has a harder time with stairs. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely book this property again the next time we come to Seattle.
