Beautiful View Home Alki Beach-West Seattle - 3 bed,3 baths

Come enjoy the best of Seattle from our beautiful West Seattle townhome located less than a block from the sandy Alki beach. The home has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and bedrooms have king, queen, or full size bed. Each bedroom has a private bath. Sleeps up to 6 people or 7 if using the sofa sleeper. It's great for couples and families.

The rooftop deck is ready for you to barbecue, dine, and relax while enjoying the great view of Puget Sound, ferries, mountains and downtown city lights. Alki beach is less than a block away with all the amenities like beach volleyball, bike and walking trail, and of course coffee shops, restaurants, and other retail stores. A large off street parking spot for your car or take a bus to downtown Seattle or take the water taxi to Mariner games or the city waterfront. The home is across the street from Whale Tale Park which is perfect for families.

Nicely furnished house with lots of stairs (as advertised). Nice and responsive owners. They responded quickly when we reached out to them about an issue. The variety of pharmacy items you might need that were available in the master bathroom was incredible!A slight warning - If you stay during summer, there is a lot of car and foot traffic and a LOT of noise late at night. Also, there is not a lot of room for parking at the location. We fit a van and an SUV, but we had to jockey a lot to get in a car to go places.

Great stay in West Seattle

This property is clean, very comfortable, and well appointed. The owners responded quickly to my questions. And for my family of four, there was plenty of space. We all enjoyed the neighborhood and nearby amenities.

Great home base to explore the area!

Great place with plenty of room for our family of four (all adults now). Cozy enough to enjoy time together, and yet had ample space for everyone to relax on their own. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. Easy walk to beach, parks, restaurants, and free shuttle around town and to Seattle water taxi. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you!

Gotta love Alki Beach

This wonderful house is one short block to Alki Beach, its shops, and restaurants. The house is both spacious and relaxing. It is far better than the listing suggests. It has everything you need in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Off street parking for one car is ideal given how busy the neighborhood can be. There are outdoor decks on many levels. A short drive to West Seattle and the freeways. You can take the water taxi from Alki to downtown Seattle. You will love staying here as much as we did.

Seattle getaway and better!

This was a reprieve after the hustle and bustle of the city. Multiple relaxing and living areas including an incredible rooftop deck overlooking the ocean. Kitchen and dining room were big and had anything needed. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and all the comforts. Parking is off street and easy. The park next door was utilized all the time. Bar is down the street which can create a bit more noise with open windows since the AC is not to be used. Close to lots of restaurants that were great. We would make this a longer trip in the future since accommodations were great!

First time in Seattle

We so enjoyed the visit to Seattle, made even more special with this rental. Went to Alki beach every day, actually several times a day. So convenient to downtown, the Mariners game we attended, and great restaurant and grocery food. Worked perfectly for our family of six - four adults and two grand children of 12 and 15. Hosts were so very accommodating. Great time in and great place.

Perfect Alki experience

Such a nice home in a great location. Couldn't possibly hope to find a nicer home than this one. Perfect neighborhood and having your own parking spot on Alki is very "choice" :)

Great location!

House was everything and more as advertised, within walking distance to all that is necessary for a great time, food, bars and entertainment. Made use of the 4th floor deck every day. Over all a great stay. Plenty of room for 3 couples.

Stay at the Bay

This is an excellent place for a family stay. It is spacious and perfectly located within just a few steps from the beach. There are 3 floors plus a balcony above overlooking Elliott Bay, the Seattle waterfront and the Olympic mountains.. The kitchen is large and well equipped. All of the bedrooms are large and comfy for a good night's sleep. A short drive takes you to the Water Taxi for riding to the Seattle piers, the best way to avoid the city traffic. .

The views from the rooftop deck are breathtaking. Amazing food and coffee are only one block away! This property was perfect for my friends and me! Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Love Karen and Ken’s Alki Beach house.

My husband and I have been to Seattle before but our kids haven’t. We decided to take this trip as our last “family” vacation, since our oldest just graduated. We’re so glad we picked West Seattle and Ken and Karen’s place. There was plenty of room for our 4 teenage boys to spread out. The master suite, with a huge soaking tub, was definitely the icing on the cake after walking and climbing all day, every day!!! The icing on the cake was both the gorgeous views on the rooftop deck and only being 1/2 block away from the beach. The boys had a great time renting the electric scooters (which are everywhere) to get around. Even with the bridge out, it wasn’t bad getting into downtown. Not only will we recommend, we’ll be back!! Thanks for a great trip! Bob and Leslie
