Welcome to Kerry Park, a beautifully updated space that blends modern comfort with vintage charm. Its deep blue exterior with wooden accents welcomes you into a cozy and well-equipped interior. The fenced yard is perfect if your beloved pup is joining you! Located in historic Queen Anne, the location is perfect for discovering all that Seattle has to offer!

LAYOUT:
On the main level, you’ll find the living room, kitchen and dining room, and one bedroom with a bathroom.
Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom & bathroom.
Downstairs you will find the 3rd bedroom, bathroom, and laundry facilities.

LIVING: The inviting living room boasts large windows with lush views, a light gray sofa set, and a Persian rug beneath a wooden coffee table. A smart TV and soundbar atop the sleek media console provide entertainment. Unwind in the cozy corner featuring a black granite fireplace, a leather loveseat, blankets, and a modern sideboard with a bar setup that enhances the space.

DINING:
A sleek wooden table with six olive-green chairs sits by a large window, filling the space with natural light. The open layout connects seamlessly to the kitchen with the dining room.

KITCHEN:
The functional and stylish kitchen is designed to make cooking a pleasure. It features a spacious refrigerator, built-in oven, gas cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. A A Krups coffee maker (drip coffee maker), French press, and Tea Kettle provide you options for the perfect start to your morning.

MAIN FLOOR BEDROOM EN SUITE: This cozy and stylish en-suite bedroom features a comfortable queen-size mattress with soft linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Thoughtfully furnished, the room includes a mirror, a spacious closet, a TV, and a convenient side table with a bedside lamp.The private bathroom provides modern comfort and convenience, boasting a spacious shower, high-quality fixtures, and plush towels. Complimentary essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided, ensuring a refreshing and hassle-free stay.

MASTER BEDROOM & EN SUITE BATH: The master bedroom, located upstairs, offers comfort a King Mattress and sophistication, featuring a private patio with cozy furniture and breathtaking views of the Space Needle, a dresser, and a smart TV. It includes a dedicated workspace for remote work and a queen-size bed with a bedside lamp. The en-suite bathroom has a full bathtub and shower combo.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM: This room combines comfort and functionality, featuring a stylish sofa bed with decorative cushions, perfect for relaxation. The projector screen also offers entertainment options for movie night! It includes a dedicated workspace with an electric height-adjustable desk and an ergonomic office chair. The private bathroom offers a bathtub and shower. With a modern, minimalist design in neutral tones, the space feels both sophisticated and cozy.

SECURITY: Please note there are exterior security cameras on the property.

PARKING:
A single-stall garage is available for small vehicles only. One additional parking space is available in the driveway to the right of the home, next to the spiral staircase. Street parking is also available on adjacent streets near the property.

Kerry House is a clean, comfortable, well-stocked house in a great neighborhood. The view from the upstairs bedroom is worth the price of admission. Excellent donut shop (Top Pot) a 10 minute walk away.

This is our third time to Seattle and quite possibly the last time we search for a place to stay. We LOVED this beautiful Queen Anne home and the view from the master bedroom is simply breathtaking! Great amenities, layout, neighborhood, local restaurants and bars. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay here! Great view, cleanliness and beds. We were three couples and loved having three bedrooms with our own bathroom each. There is a bedroom suite in the basement which was lovely and great temperature but musty smelling for those with allergies

Quick stop in Seattle before heading to Olympic. The views from the top floor were amazing and neighborhood was great. Great restaurants nearby. The house smelled a bit like smoke. Was wondering if someone before us had a fire in the fireplace and forgot to open the flue. The third bedroom was off of the basement/Laundry room/basement which did not bother my teen but might bother other families.

We spent the 4th of July Holiday at this home with our family. Here is what we thought: Pros: 1. First and foremost, the view from the upstairs bedroom and balcony is world-class. Sweeping city lights/Space Needle and Elliott Bay. At night, laying in bed with the windows open to enjoy the view was awesome. 2. Location was great. Perfect neighborhood to walk around to look at the impressive architecture and character of the Queen Anne homes. Lots of steps to get from street to street and get the heart rate up a bit. Also, very close to many restaurants, and a short drive to Pike Market, Downtown, Gas Works Park, UW, etc. 3. The house has a good amount of space and it is nice that each of the three levels has its own bedroom and bathroom. We cooked and ate meals together here and felt that for six of us there was plenty of space. Overall, we really really enjoyed our stay here. There are just a few minor things that I would say could be improved. The main con is that the top floor bed and bath is the room that is most appealing. However the ability to cool the house gets tougher as you go up each floor. This top room really could use an AC unit, and the slider needs something to allow the room to stay a bit darker in the morning for sleeping purposes. There are a few little finishing touches needed, but overall, can't complain and would definitely book again. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds overall and easy to park a car or two. We made great memories here!
