The Property:

Sophari Towers I is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment on the 16th floor in downtown Bellevue, set up for professionals who want a proper home base. Sophari Towers is our flagship line for longer stays. The 1,048-square-foot apartment includes a full kitchen, a dedicated workspace, and a queen bed in each bedroom. Standout in-unit features include air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, and fast Wi-Fi throughout.



Sleeping Arrangements:

One queen bed in each of the two bedrooms, with 4 guests as maximum occupancy.



Building Amenities:

Elevator access, gym, a resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, and EV charging in the garage. Amenity access is limited to guests listed on the reservation.



Check-In:

Sophari Towers I offers self check-in, with no front desk or on-site staff. Guests must complete the Guest Verification Form provided at booking, after which access instructions are sent a few days before arrival. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM.



Key and Fob Replacement:

Lost fob/key replacement: $200 per fob, $50 per key, plus a $50 fee if not reported promptly.

Earning a Walk Score of up to 95, Downtown Bellevue is a true walker's paradise and the city's most walkable district. Sophari Towers I sits less than a quarter mile from Bellevue Square's shopping and dining and about 0.6 miles from the waterfront at Meydenbauer Bay Park. Several major tech employers are within easy reach. This unit suits professionals who want a proper home base in downtown Bellevue for business travel or relocation.



Transportation:

The Bellevue Downtown Link light rail station is about 0.35 miles away, an easy walk, offering direct rail service into downtown Seattle. Bellevue Square and the surrounding downtown core are similarly walkable at about 0.33 miles.



Parking Information:



* Parking is not included in the nightly room rate. On-site parking is available for $35 USD per day on a first-come, first-served basis, with discounted rates offered for extended stays.

* Sophari Towers consists of two buildings (North and South) with separate garage entrances beneath each.

* Guests who booked parking have two fobs: one for the garage gate, one for building amenities (elevator, gym, leasing office, pool).

* Spaces are compact-car sized; larger vehicles and second cars are accommodated based on availability.

* Should on-site space be unavailable or unsuitable for your vehicle, alternative parking options include nearby street parking and the building's kiosk system.

* A free one-hour parking option is available near the garage's center stairwell for short-term needs.

* Ticketing and Towing: If you park in an unauthorized space and receive a ticket or your vehicle is towed, we are not responsible for any associated bills or retrieval coordination and you must pay them on a timely manner.



Please note: Ongoing construction has begun at a neighboring property. While there may be occasional noise during weekday daytime hours, our units are located on higher floors, which helps minimize sound and disruption to your stay. We want to be upfront about this so you can plan accordingly, and our team is happy to answer any questions before you book.
