  • La casa está ubicada justo en las aguas limpias de Puget Sound en una pintoresca área de Burien llamada 'Three Tree Point'. Toda la casa está remodelada y decorada en un ambiente 'playero'.

    Three Tree Point es una comunidad única, unida, llena de energía activa. A menudo verá leones marinos tomando el sol o los escuchará ladrar, águilas calvas volando por encima y salmones saltando. Junto con toda esta vida salvaje, se realizan otras actividades acuáticas como la navegación, el remo, el kayak, el kitesurf, el peinado en la playa e incluso la natación. ¡Verdaderamente una joya escondida en el noroeste del Pacífico!

    Una cocina totalmente equipada es luminosa y abierta, perfecta para el entretenimiento. El baño completo se encuentra en la planta principal. Una cama queen en el dormitorio tipo loft tiene puertas francesas que dan a una pequeña terraza amueblada con sillas y una mesa perfecta para su café matutino y la vista del Monte Rainier. Una habitación pequeña con una cama individual está justo al lado de la habitación de arriba, que tiene espacio adicional para un pack-n-play para un bebé o niño pequeño si es necesario. El cuarto de abajo tiene una cama queen size. El segundo baño está en el garaje, perfecto para ducharse después de pasar el rato en la playa.

    La casa está en el lado opuesto de una calle estrecha de la ciudad desde la playa. En el lado de la playa de la casa hay estacionamiento para dos autos, y una gran área privada para sentarse y comer, un pozo de gas y una rampa a la playa. Se proporcionan muchas toallas de playa para esos días de playa de arena. Se ofrecen tablas de paddle, así como excursiones de pesca por una tarifa.

This property is absolutely perfect! We loved the house, the gorgeous views, and the whole area, in general! The house was clean and very well equipped. The neighborhood was well maintained with beautiful landscaping. The property was also located close to the airport, grocery stores, and restaurants.

We were in town for a family event and wanted a place that was close to my relatives (SeaTac area) & Seattle with a nice, clean & peaceful place to kick back at. We loved staying here with the cute quaintness of being right on the water, amazing views of Mt. Ranier, beautiful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and close to a lot of good shops & restaurants. The house was adorable & the hosts were great with any questions we had. So glad we found this place & enjoyed every moment with our stay.

Great little beach house with all the necessary amenities (coffee, laundry, games, etc.) for a nice family stay. Our second stay here and we hope to land here again!

Property was just as advertised. Charming beach home with fantastic views, clean, and responsive owners. We were able to see a couple seals and on the last night we saw a whale, humpback or gray, heard a couple different opinions, from shore. We were staying in the Seattle area to attend a World Cup soccer game, whale watching trip in Edmonds, wineries in Woodinville, hiking at Mt Ranier, and taking in activities in Seattle. The beach home was a perfect place to wind down after a busy day.We would definitely stay here again if we're back in this area.

The Beach Front Cottage is a lovely, peaceful place to stay! It is very comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. The view is lovely, and the hosts are kind and prompt! Highly recommend!

Loved our stay!

This is one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. Everything was great, views were amazing, loved the neighborhood. It’s also central to all we wanted to do in the area. We’d love to return!

The beachfront property was so relaxing with beautiful sunrises and sunsets each day. And when the mountain was visible, it was icing on the cake! So grateful for this spot!

The cottage was quaint and had the most beautiful view of the sound. The owners were responsive and accommodating when we reached out about checking in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. The bedding was outstanding and the beds were comfortable.

Beach getaway

The home was so cute and clean. Had everything we needed to make meals. The Nespresso was lovely in the mornings. It was a perfect spot for our family of four. My 4yr old loved having his own bed and little room. The beach just steps away and a little corner store walking distance made it very family friendly spot.

A WONDERFUL place to stay!

Our daughter, her two children and her cousin had the pleasure of staying in your lovely home overlooking Puget Sound. They had everything they needed for cooking a couple of nice meals; seating and sleeping was comfortable and the house was tastefully decorated. We bet it would be even better during the summer months!

Three Tree Point

Exceeded our expectations. Location is terrific, a beautiful natural setting with easy access to downtown Seattle. Watched a whale swim by close enough to hear its blowhole from the living room. Excellent amenities throughout. Short walk to a little store with good coffee and small meal service. Loved this place!

This house is amazing. The views from the house are exceptional but then somehow even better from the deck. The location is close to downtown Burien and about 25 minutes to downtown Seattle. Check-in and communication was a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked and the rooms are all comfortable. All the details and instructions are clearly listed and easy to follow. 10/10, no notes!

Seattle Holiday

The location was incredible - a quiet seaside neighborhood with easy access to the airport and all of Seattle/surrounding area. The parking is great, and the beach area is a great place for morning coffee or evening beers. The living area - kitchen, dining, and living room - are open and wonderful for a great family time. The house is well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. Could not recommend more!

Happy Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful thanksgiving with family who live just 5 minutes from where we were staying. The view was beautiful and the weather was some of the best we have had when visiting at this time of year, making the view of the mountain and sound stunning. The house was clean and stocked to meet all of our needs. Thank you Todd and Tiana, we hope to return soon.

College move-in+

We had a wonderful stay at this great cottage in Burien - great location with beautiful views, and a well appointed property. We were moving our daughter into UW from across the country, and this location was a great spot closer to dorm room shopping sites (IKEA, Target, Costco, etc) but removed from the move-in crowds near the university. The hosts were fantastic and helpful with any needs that we had. Burien is a great town with good restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

Amazing spot!

We were in town to visit family in Normandy Park over Christmas. I was in and out with a 4 & 5 year old. House was perfectly appointed with anything you needed. Cooking, family time and laundry was all very easy to manage. I was surprised how warm and cozy it was in the stormy weather. The views and beach are stunning, would be even more beautiful in summer months!
