This premium third-floor condo is nestled in one of Seaside Park’s most prestigious ocean-block locations on 6th Ave. Sitting at the highest point in town, this home offers calming ocean breezes from the front balcony, making it a perfect retreat for families looking to relax, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories.

Step inside this fully renovated beach retreat, where modern amenities meet cozy coastal charm. The open-concept layout is designed for comfort and connection, whether you’re preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen or lounging in the stylish living space with brand-new smart TVs. Expectations & Rules
Guest Requirements
Per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Park requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian.

To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in.

Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings
For safety and consistency, reservations must be made by someone staying at the property. Subleasing or transferring a booking to another party is not permitted.

No Parties or Loud Gatherings
➤ While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house.
➤ As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening.
➤ (Please note: The township enforces strict noise ordinances.)

We welcome 1 small non shedding dog! A pet fee applies.

Please provide your pet’s breed and size before booking for approval.

Unfortunately, large dogs that shed excessively or have aggressive tendencies are not a fit for our space.

For your safety, we have security cameras covering the exterior of the property, including the entrances and patio areas.

As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Park. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.

Beautiful rental, quiet, clean, steps to the beach!

My family really enjoyed staying at Kishore’s place… The beds were comfortable, there were air-conditioning units in every room, full kitchen, and steps from the beach… Kishore was excellent at communicating and we would love to come back again! It was nice because my sister and her family and my parents were able to rent three units and all be in one building together. Thank you so much for wonderful vacation.

Never again for me!!!

Many fabricated descriptions of what this unit was like. Not totally gutted and updated! The only thing new was the kitchen table, one bedroom furniture and living room couch. Everything else was old and out dated. Decor was very odd with random pictures. Bathroom was gross! Shower curtain was all mold and facing backwards. We didnt even want to touch it. Blinds throughout the unit were broke and front door didn’t even lock unless you lock from inside only. Tub always clogged after each use. Every AC unit filter had to be cleaned. YES, it’s a great location but not what was expected. To start we arrived on a 90 degree day with out the air on - this is a 3rd floor unit. Pictures did not show AC unit’s in window so we were expecting central air. There are 5 AC in entire unit and did eventually cool off.

Good location in a very quiet part of seaside park. Simple property with just what you need to enjoy the beach. Great homebase for a vacation. The property manager is a gem. Stay here with confidence.

Great property

We were so happy with staying here. We stayed in the third floor apartment and right away we walked into an extremely clean lovely space. We had plenty of room with three bedrooms. The house is located one block from the beach. Apart from the house we really enjoyed the spacious and clean beach, the restaurants and small stores within walking distance and close proximity to the bay for amazing sunsets. The owner Kishore was very easy to get a hold of for anything we needed. Would definitely rent again. In the future. There are two other apartments so it’s great if you have extended family going away together.

5 Night Family Get Away

Great quiet location for family or couple wanting very close to beach. Beach beautiful, never crowded. Porch relaxing, ocean view/breeze. Beach passes a plus ! Place roomy, master queen bed very comfortable, all amenities, Netflix a plus w/KIDS. 5 min drive to rides/water park on boardwalk. Needs: Kids room light repair (suggest replace w/light fixture only - fan too close to bed) vacuume blowing air (not working properly), Because new rental thought you would want to know: Have housekeeper: check drawers (former renter clothes left behind), vacuume under master beds/dressers water bottle small floor material left by construction crew. With kids we check under everything before we leave, thank you for pleasant stay.
