"Well this place isn't great. We had a pair of underwear in our room when we got there and just so we're clear they were not ours. The shower has horrible water pressure and the TV doesn't work very well. It kept skipping and acting like it was having a hard time loading. This was in both rooms we had since they switched our room due to the underwear in the first room. The beds were decent and that's about the only good thing I can say about this place. You get what you pay for I guess. I thought...

"I chose this hotel for a weekend trip to visit the university, but I would not stay here again. The overall premises and our room were not clean at all. It was bad enough that I had to request a reclean from the receptionist, and I ended up buying my own sheets from a local store just to feel comfortable sleeping. The only saving grace was the staff—they were very kind and polite—but the hotel itself has a lot of work to do before it's truly guest-ready."

The man at the front desk has a very passive aggressive way of talking with customers, me and my boyfriend both work in the food service industry so we are pretty understanding when it comes to people that are working- but we immediately got snarky remarks and even got jokingly accused of stealing our car? "It’s an older hotel. I’ve stayed before. But room key not working a few times, having to go back and forth to reprogram it, breakfast area having broken machine and or lack of things, spider in the room bigger than a quarter, just an ok place. You get what you pay for here."

"We were not able to use the pool. The staff told us that the water pump is not working. We almost got burned in the shower. My wife was in the shower when the water became very hot. The staff told us that the boiler broke down and they turned off the cold water. When it is my turn to take the shower, there is no hot water at all and I took the shower using freezing cold water. There is no drinking fountain or water dispenser in the facility. There is no laundry room. There is no gym. The doors...
