The Sand & Sea Condo building will be undergoing construction between Mid January and Mid August. Expect construction noise during the day.

Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze!

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the property, including cigarettes, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and other smoking substances.

This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book

A damage waiver is included with your reservation, covering accidental damage if reported before checkout

Enjoy the peace of mind with exterior security cameras on the property

Pets are not permitted at this home and a fee of $500 may apply.

Commercial activity including filming are not permitted.
