  • Experience sunrise on the river and sunset on the beach! Our cozy, dog-friendly tiny home was recently renovated & perfect for a couple or small family. We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa. Our stylish tiny home (stand-alone) has 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a queen hide-a-bed in the living room.

    Top down and room darkening shades make the lighting in the bedroom adjustable to your preference.

    Furry friends will enjoy their own bedding and blanket (couch cover) too.

    The bathroom has an ADA size toilet and a small standing shower(no tub). It is separated from the sink and vanity space.

    Our kitchenette has a mini fridge with space for all of the essentials. The microwave is perfect for late night snacks, and the single burner induction pan allows for cooking a simple meal. We have a coffee maker (single cup or full carafe), an electric kettle, a toaster and a mini waffle maker for the ambitious guests. Kitchen space is limited so we highly encourage taste testing local restaurants!

    The yard is a work in progress but is fully enclosed/ fenced, though we recommend monitoring kiddos and pets while back there.

    This home welcomes dogs of any size, but no other animals at this time.

    Pet fee of $30 for up to 2 dogs, additional dogs 🐕 will be a charge of $20 each (our cleaners take additional time to ensure guests after your furry friends enjoy the same level of cleanliness). Fee will be requested after booking. For those going to the beach- our available beach essentials include: 4 adult size folding chairs, 1 toddler size folding chair, a beach blanket, wind inflatable loungers, 4 designated beach towels and a wagon to help with the short walk there! (No snorkeling gear, as this isn’t a common hobby in Oregon). Same day booking requests made after 11am may have a later check in time than 3pm. If unable to open before 5pm, we will give the option to cancel booking for full refund.

It was in a very convenient location, easy to get places. The property had everything, from items for pets to snacks for us, the extra towels and the washer and dryer were a game changer. It was very nice and tidy, everything was in a good spot and easy to find. Everything overall made it a very easy vacation.

What a great little spot. We brought our bikes and with this convenient destination we really enjoyed riding to the shops, restaurants, and beach. La Casita Azul had everything our little family needed to make some wonderful memories.

We absolutely loved staying here. This kind of spot is a unicorn— it's hard to book a private property that isn't a massive whole house. At 400 sq ft it's the perfect size for two people and a dog to feel so cozy, and everything was so thoughtfully laid out to make the most of the small space. The little details mattered so much— the glitter in the tile grout, the goodies in the kitchen, the book about the house, extra blankets, the record player, the dog towels in the closet. I had a sweet sunday morning sitting in the front yard drinking coffee and looking at the beautiful view of the mountains. Even just 4 blocks away from the beach or the main drag this little getaway feels so quiet and tucked away. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Our stay at Casita Azul was great! Everything we could have needed was provided, and we especially loved the wagon with beach toys and the fireplace! The house was a little small for our family of five (two adults, two kids, and our dog) but it worked out just fine since we were only staying two nights. The location was wonderful, so close to the beach and all the shopping!

This place is an absolute gem, it looks out onto the Necanicum river and there’s a couple blocks away from the promenade. Everything was newly remodeled and beautiful, we loved the murals, the mermaid tiles, all the beautiful little thoughtful touches that made the stay so enjoyable. They have thought of everything! It’s obvious they really care about the property, you can see the four friends remodeling the house in a picture book documenting the journey. We brought our doggo and loved the walkable neighborhood and fully fenced back yard. It’s a lovely quiet anrea and we woke up to mama and baby geese grazing on the riverbank across the street. They have a basket just for fur baby essentials you might have forgotten to pack. The shower is teeny but the water is nice and hot with good pressure and there’s a removable shower head and extra toiletries (including a hair dryer which we always forget to bring!) There’s a nice coffee maker, dual drip and Keurig, the bed was comfy and they had both memory foam and fluffy pillows. Seriously we did not want for anything during our stay, I hope it’s available next time we head to Seaside!
