This ranch style 3 bedroom home on a corner lot is a short walk to beach with local grocery, restaurant and golf within easy walking distance. The living room includes gas fireplace and piano. Dining area is conveniently located between the kitchen and living room. Kitchen is fully appointed with breakfast nook and all appliances, utensils, cookware and dishes, plus dishwasher. There are two queen bedrooms, and the third bedroom has 2 twins, plus a double bunk. Full bathroom is common to the hallway. Half bath is located in laundry/garage area. Living Room has a Smart TV, DVD/Blu-ray Player, and an antenna for local channels. Can see the Prom from the gate of the private enclosed patio just off the kitchen. Enjoy the peace and quiet but great convenience of this location.

Spring vacation getaway

The house was perfect for our family. The little girls loved the bedroom with four beds. The house was just a block from the beach and we loved that it was close enough to walk to town on the Prom and far enough away from town to enjoy a private beach.

Great location, great for all ages!

We had a toddler and a unique feature of the property is that there are doors that can shut off access to the halls, kitchen, or contain people into certain rooms. With the doors open, the house is easy to move through. My mother walks with a cane and this was very accessible. Bathroom is spacious. Great stay!

Family Reunion

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property in Seaside, OR for the purpose of family reunion after 3 years being separated due to Covid-19. The area is quiet, close to the beach, and restaurants; the house has all utensils and dishes we need to eat at home and occasion cooking. However, the experience with the management office of the Vacation Rentals was not pleasant. There were two women there, one was dressed in professional attire and the other was dressed in jean and a T-shirt. When I walked in to return the key, the former just looked up and examined me with her eyes before going back to her reading; the second woman just looked at me. None the them even said "hello" or inquired if they could be of service; after I said my greetings and told them I was returning the keys of the property, the woman dressed in Jean and T-shirt, just extended her hands to receive the keys, and said nothing. When I said "thank you" she just turned away. These people lack the basic human and professional courtesy and I even think that they are "racist" against me, as an Asian woman. They should not represent a well known and widely used service as Vacation Rentals
