    Lovely riverfront and spacious condominium (approx 1300 sq ft) with incredible river views and easy beach access; about 5 min walk to beach. Lovely ground floor unit with leather sofa and chairs in living room, gas fireplace, flat screen TV with cable service and BluRay. Master bedroom has a Queen bed, with River and Tillamook Head views. Master bath has tub/shower combo with jetted tub and granite counter tops. Second bedroom has queen bed with 2nd bathroom just adjacent and off the hall with tub/shower combo. Kitchen is fully appointed with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Electric BBQ is conveniently stored in laundry room for outdoor grilling. Patio just off living room adjoins grassy area perfect to watch the kids or just walk along the river view path. Utility room with washer/dryer in the unit as well. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. Gated parking for 1 car only, no smoking or pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT

Nice property, could use a few updates

The condo was really big and nice. Overall a great stay, I wish they had a few updates such as the towels were kinda old and looked like a refresh would be nice.

Beach volleyball tournament

Our family had a wonderful stay! Perfect, quiet location - away from the crowds. Super clean, very cozy, comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen. Loved the view of the river and geese who visited every morning. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place

We were very happy with our stay at this condo. It was clean, close to town, and walking distance to the beach. The great thing about this unit is it's on the first floor, so it opens up to a grass yard on the river. So many extras in this unit, very impressed! Would definitely but book again.

The check in process was thorough and easy. The property was actually better than the listing appeared. The river view was beautiful and the wildlife very entertaining. On the very minor opportunity side, all the hand towels were new but the bath towels were very worn (holes) and stained. Probably time for replacement. We had a nice time and would stay there again.

Beautiful getaway

This was a very impressive unit. It was exactly as described if not better. We were shocked how large it was. Loved sitting in the living room, fire place going and looking at the river. It was an easy walk to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Seaside Stay

Lovely, spacious, convenient two-bedroom condo on the ground floor. Technically not ada (bathrooms) but otherwise good for those with disabilities. No stairs. Wide entrances. Perfect for what we needed at one of our favorite destinations.

Amazing stay

This property was amazing! The pictures and description were accurate, but in person it was even better. Very large, spacious, and clean. Our family of 5 really enjoyed it here. It felt like staying in a hotel because of all the toiletries and pantry items. We were able to eat breakfast and dinner at the property and go out to lunch which made the price even better. The toilet handle broke on our second day and the owners replaced it within hours while we were out. We had friends stay closer to the beach and their rooms didn’t even compare to ours. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!

Great place

We had a great time there - and the condo was outstanding. It was great to sit on the patio and enjoy the view. We used the kitchen quite a bit and it was comfortable and easy to work in. We did find that the ice dispenser in the fridge door didn't work, but there was always plenty of ice inside the freezer. Also, the TV was quite dated, but it worked fine. Two small things, by no means deal-breakers. We will definitely be staying here again.
