Lovely riverfront and spacious condominium (approx 1300 sq ft) with incredible river views and easy beach access; about 5 min walk to beach. Lovely ground floor unit with leather sofa and chairs in living room, gas fireplace, flat screen TV with cable service and BluRay. Master bedroom has a Queen bed, with River and Tillamook Head views. Master bath has tub/shower combo with jetted tub and granite counter tops. Second bedroom has queen bed with 2nd bathroom just adjacent and off the hall with tub/shower combo. Kitchen is fully appointed with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Electric BBQ is conveniently stored in laundry room for outdoor grilling. Patio just off living room adjoins grassy area perfect to watch the kids or just walk along the river view path. Utility room with washer/dryer in the unit as well. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. Gated parking for 1 car only, no smoking or pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT

The check in process was thorough and easy. The property was actually better than the listing appeared. The river view was beautiful and the wildlife very entertaining. On the very minor opportunity side, all the hand towels were new but the bath towels were very worn (holes) and stained. Probably time for replacement. We had a nice time and would stay there again.

Seaside Stay

Lovely, spacious, convenient two-bedroom condo on the ground floor. Technically not ada (bathrooms) but otherwise good for those with disabilities. No stairs. Wide entrances. Perfect for what we needed at one of our favorite destinations.

Beautiful getaway

This was a very impressive unit. It was exactly as described if not better. We were shocked how large it was. Loved sitting in the living room, fire place going and looking at the river. It was an easy walk to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay again.
