We had a great stay here! We booked semi last minute, our previous host cancelled on us about 3 weeks before our trip. I knew we wanted to be close to the beach and boardwalk, and needed special accommodations for my elderly parents, that limited our choices a lot! I stumbled on this place when I was just about ready to give up and break the news to the family that the trip was cancelled. This place was way bigger than we needed, way nicer than we needed, but I booked it anyway. I’m a believer that you never know how much longer we have in this world, take the darn trip when you can! This place was everything the pictures show!! From the minute I parked in the garage, I knew it was going to be a great week. The garage has beach cruiser bicycles, a wagon, a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, shovels, toys, everything for a day of fun! The main floor is where we spent the majority of our time. There were 5 adults and we never felt cramped. The kitchen had everything we needed or thought of. It was well stocked. The balcony off the dining area is a great place to have your morning coffee and some quiet. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and served their purpose. The rooftop deck was a great place to eat pizza, zeppoli’s and watch the fireworks, that was a highlight of the week! The elevator was a life saver! My dad has spinal stenosis and is 88 years old, stairs are so difficult for him, so we were very thankful for it!

I'm giving this property and host a 5 because I'm not allowed to give it higher! I could not speak more highly about our experience. Jeff was unbelievable to work with. He was extremely responsive and welcoming. When he heard it was our first time in Seaside Heights he sent us suggestions of things to do and a website to see events taking place. This was immensely helpful as we found lots of fun things to do. He responded quickly, kindly, and helpfully with every step along the way.Jeff alone earns this place 5 stars, but the hole was also 5 star worthy. It was extremely disability friendly as we had people who were elderly, had Achilles surgery, and shoulder surgery and could easily get into the home and the different floors with the elevator. It was also a huge help with unloading supplies and food.The hole was very welcoming and comfortable and well equipped. It had anything you could think of that you might need and more. The rooms were a wonderful retreat at the end of the day and we all loved having our own bathrooms. The kitchen was easy to cook in, the couch very comfortable, and the different balconies and decks peaceful and lovely to sit on with your morning coffee or evening dinner.Getting to and from the beach with all the amazing equipment provided was a blessing. We had the best week and cannot recommend this home or host enough.So thankful for our trip!

Fabulous location and find!!

Loved every bit of this place! From the convenience of the elevator, to the rooftop patio, close to the boardwalk, beach and 6 beach passes included, this place was amazing. Hosts were fabulous! Unit is an end unit with a 2-car garage. We had 5 adults (2 couples and a single) and a 2-year old. Every couple/single/ child had their own room and bathroom. Everything was perfect for our first trip to Jersey Shore!!

Great house and location

It is a clean house with lots of amenities inside. The location is great. Its near everything. We enjoyed the house and the complex pool which we used almost every day even days we went to the beach. The host was very responsive to questions I texted him.

Seaside 2024

The location was perfect, right across the street the beach. We spent our days swimming, sunbathing, and walking the boardwalk. The rental itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The owner, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive.
