Property:
Create family memories in the privacy of your own home when you book your stay at our 2 bed, 1 bath updated fully raised beach house only 2 blocks from the beach, boardwalk and bay! We are located on the most north end of Seaside Heights, bordering Ortley Beach.

Amenities:
Central air, heat, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, full kitchen, Keurig, outdoor fenced-in private patio, grill, outdoor shower, front porch deck with seating, 1 car driveway and un-metered street parking.

Extras:
Include 4 Seaside Heights beach badges; beach chairs, umbrella and beach stroller provided. Fully raised garage downstairs hang out area provides ping pong table for kids and adults, another couch and additional large dining set and leads to the private patio to BBQ!

Great Location:
Quiet, North-end of Seaside Heights bordering Ortley Beach. Family oriented street. Walking distance to the beach, bay, boardwalk, water sports, boat/bike rentals, exercise park, fishing/crabbing, fireworks, concerts, church, grocery store, local brewery, delicious restaurants & more!

Must be 25 years or older to rent.

Excellent location and accommodations!

Sam and Juliann were amazing hosts! They were quick to respond and truly helpful. It felt like renting from someone we knew personally. Their property was clean and perfect for a stay at the shore. While our weather was not perfect, the ping pong table and other games offered us a lot of fun indoors. We were also only a quick walk away from the beach and boardwalk. With guests ranging from 10-75- we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Perfect in every way!!

From the moment we walked in, I knew we were going to love this place. It was immaculate! Everything we could possibly need was in the kitchen and downstairs in the game room. We are very happy with our stay here and would like to come again next year for sure!

Just what we needed!

We had a wonderful time and the house could not have been better. Well stocked kitchen, nice outdoor space, perfect location for our teens to head to beach/boardwalk by foot. 2nd bathroom with full shower was a nice bonus. Easy check-in and out...would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our little get away!

The house had everything we need for a last minute beach trip. We brought our own but there were beach chairs umprellas and more in case you need or forogt anything. The house was clean when we got there and had everything mentioned in the description. Will definitely reach out if we plan another trip there. Thanks again!

Great Place!

A wonderful home on a quiet street. Close to everything. 2-1/2 blocks to the beach and beginning of the boardwalk. Very clean and bright. Had 2 cars and street parking was no problem. Nice having all the amenities it did, including 2 pillows for each bed. Sam and Juliann were friendly and great to deal with.

Great Family Staycation

This was our first stay here and it was lovely. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We treated this as if it was our real home because it certainly felt like it. The beach and boardwalk were within walking distance and the quietness of the area was a nice respite from the busy boardwalk, where we spent most of our time. It was clean, cozy, and bright. A convenient outdoor shower after a day at the beach was great. It was just right for our little family. I would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Spot

Our stay was perfect and we owe it to being able to stay at this location. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We always travel from Texas back to see our family so hopefully this is where we can spend our time when we visit.

Amazing Stay!!

Stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and it was quite the amazing stay. The house was very close to the beach and seaside boardwalk so it was easily accessible at any time of the day. The house was very clean and spacious as I stayed there with my friends and family. The neighbors are welcoming and friendly. The area is safe for all ages. The basement is a nice hangout and is clean. Two bathrooms if your party is larger. Communication with the owners was accessible at all times. Overall, this place is a great stay and I would recommend to all families and for a nice getaway.

Just What We Hoped For

Great House, Location, and Ammenities

Everything was great about the house. It was clean and sufficient for all our needs. Having the patio area, bbq grill, outdoor shower, beach items, bikes, and washer/dryer made the stay exceptionally convenient. The quick and easy access to the boardwalk, and grocery store allowed more time for enjoyment. It was a pleasure and we are talking about our next adventure.
