UBICACIÓN:
Ubicado en una tranquila esquina que aborda Seaside Heights y Seaside Park, Clocktower Condominiums lo ofrece todo. Nuestro edificio está a 2 cuadras de la playa, lo que le permite relajarse y disfrutar del cálido sol de verano. Cada unidad cuenta con sillas de playa y pases para otorgarle acceso a la playa. A lo largo de la playa, se encuentra el infame paseo marítimo con muchos juegos, minigolf, atracciones y otras actividades para que los niños y los adultos disfruten en cualquier momento del día o de la noche. Clocktower Condominiums también está rodeado de una variedad de excelentes restaurantes: la mayoría a poca distancia.

EL EDIFICIO:
Nuestro edificio está dirigido exclusivamente a familias y grupos de adultos, no se permiten grupos de graduación. Nos enorgullecemos de mantener cada unidad y áreas comunes en perfectas condiciones para que disfruten nuestros huéspedes. El edificio es completamente seguro con estacionamiento subterráneo, cerrado y ascensor comercial con acceso a cada piso. Cada unidad cuenta con 2 espacios en el garaje. Nuestra azotea ofrece un lugar perfecto para disfrutar del sol y darse un chapuzón en nuestra piscina de inmersión. También tenemos un espacio común donde puedes disfrutar de una hermosa vista del atardecer.

LA UNIDAD:
Esta unidad está totalmente amueblada con cocina y baños de granito / mármol, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, HVAC y una terraza frente al dormitorio principal. El dormitorio principal tiene dos camas Queen y un baño privado completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas Queen y está directamente al lado del baño completo del pasillo. La unidad tiene su propia lavadora y secadora. Ofrecemos televisores por cable en la sala de estar y dormitorio principal junto con conectividad Wifi.

Great Stay!

we had a lovely time stay in our unit. As shown in the pictures, the place was clean short distance to the beach short distance to the boardwalk and short distance to the bridge to hop into Tom’s River. We were able to walk to all restaurants and the owner let us know some of the good ones to try! The pool was such a wonderful added bonus after walking back on hot days at the ocean. I think my favorite night was watching the fireworks from the roof! If I ever return to Seaside, I will be booking here again for sure.

Great stay

Property owner is not only a great person, she treats you like family. Makes you feel right at home while on vacation. My 4 kids, wife and I had a great time. Highly recommend staying here. Great accommodations and close to the beach.

Everything you could need & more

We stayed here on our trip for dance nationals & couldn’t have been happier. We own a restaurant so we always travel with plenty of items to cook with & were pleasantly surprised the condo had everything we needed so we definitely overpacked. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t provided. We sadly spent most of our time at the convention center but Kristen when we were at condo Kristen was so accommodating & made sure we knew made the best of our free time. The pool was a wonderful bonus as it was in the 90’s all week. Love how close it was to access the beach & boardwalk. The cleanliness is what put this condo over the top for us. Perfect summer getaway to the Shore

Seriously perfect! From the owner - so helpful & welcoming - & the unit - lovely & well done - to the amenities - hello rooftop pool & secure parking! - & the location - easy walking distance to boardwalk/beach, restaurants, etc. - this is EXACTLY what we wanted for a week at the Shore. Our teen loved the independence of venturing out on their own, and the 2BR/2BA unit gave us plenty of space to relax together or solo. This is the 4th rental we’ve had in Seaside Heights and the first we will be rebooking. See you next year!

Excellent Girls Trip

The owner is fabulous! It’s family owned so it feels like you’re hanging out with your own family! It’s gated so you always feel safe, even when you’re not getting in until 1 am & there’s an elevator so you can bring as many clothes as your suitcases can hold without huffing & puffing flights of steps! The unit is very clean, spacious, well stocked with everything you need including hair spray! The game room is a cool little place to hop out of the sun & the roof top pool is incredible!!!!

Outstanding experience and one of our best vacations ever!!

The property is amazingly clean, super functionable and easy to navigate, and in the perfect location to the beach and the boardwalk. The outside salt pool, game room, indoor garage put the trip over the top! However, nothing was as great as meeting and getting to know Kristin and her family. She is a wealth of knowledge and gave great suggestions on food, shopping, and event/activities that are going on. We are already trying to figure out when we can stay there again!!

We had a wonderful time! The weather was perfect and the beach wasn't crowded. The boardwalk was also fun lots to do. The condo was great it was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The pool was also great to get refreshed. Kristen couldn't do enough for us she is a super lady!! We felt so at home. Will be back!!

Jersey Shore Family Vacation

This was the perfect getaway for me and my family. The accommodations were as advertised. Bonuses include off street and gated parking, rooftop pool with game room, and it’s only 2 blocks from the beach. The family who own and operate the building are top notch and made us feel like family. This is why we came back and are already looking forward to our trip next year. Vacation 2022

This was our first stay the clock tower condo . It was clean , roomy and the owner was sweet , and always available to answer questions ! My family loved it and the location was amazing ! I would recommend this condo to any of my friends or family . We have come to Seaside for the last 50 years with family . It was sooo convenient to have full kitchen with 4 kids .

Perfect spot!

This was our first time to seaside and I am so glad we stayed here! It was 2 short blocks to the boardwalk with all the attractions and the beach. It was right in center of everything but far enough back to not hear the noise at night. The condo had everything we needed to cook all our meals in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was a nice bonus. Kristen, the host, was available and responded right away to answer any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Such an AMAZING stay!

My family and I had a great Memorial weekend at the Clocktower Condominiums. The condo was cozy, extremely clean and within walking distance to the boardwalk, local bars and restaurants. The owner was very attentive and made us feel like family. The rooftop pool and game room was phenomenal. We really enjoyed staying at this property and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Kristen thank you for a great experience.

Great condo near the boardwalk

Lovely stay off-season in September. Hosts were very responsive to all my inquiries both before and during our stay. Met the manager and her parents on-site and enjoyed our chats. Would stay here again, clean, convenient location, used the rooftop pool, and ping pong table. Our condo had very spacious bedrooms and baths. Appreciated the ceiling fans in all the rooms! We cooked in for breakfast, kitchen was well equipped. We had coffee on the little porch off the master in the afternoon. Many restaurants and bike rental places were closed post Labor Day. Awesome sunrises each am.

Exceeded expectations daily

Me, my husband and my 2 year old arrived the day after Hurricane Ida caused major flooding in my town in NJ. Kristen, our host, was not only easy going about us being 5 hours late to check in (we had minor flooding and had to do cleanup before we left) but she was so accommodating with helping us settle in. We stayed 5 nights and the condo was exactly as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed, the location was so close to the boardwalk, the pool was clean and easily accessible, the parking garage was easy to access with plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, and the wifi was reliable. On top of great accommodations, Kristen and her family were very welcoming and sweet. They gave great tips on places to eat, things to do and were always available for a quick question. I would highly recommend renting this condo!
