Beautiful 2 Bed Apt w/ Parking & Beach Passes - Walk to Beach, Rides, Waterpark

Adventure awaits in this newly renovated, centrally located 2 bedroom apartment! You will be in direct line of the Ferris Wheel, 3 blocks to the beach, boardwalk, water park, golf, go-carts. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars & stores. Ideal location to enjoy all Seaside has to offer and come back to a peaceful and quiet home.
The apartment has central AC, WiFi, Samsung TV cable channels, a very large and comfy couch and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher , ice maker, all cookware, glasses, etc.
All of the beds are memory foam with cotton sheets and duvet covers.
Towels are provided but you will need to bring your own for the beach.
4 Beach badges are included (children under 12 are free) and toys are available to use and return. There is also storage for your beach chairs in the backyard and an outside shower to rinse off your feet and gear.
The apartment comes with 1 parking spot on the driveway and has direct access to the patio where you will have your own grill and seating area and the backyard, which is shared.
The bay is only a 5 minute walk where you can rent kayaks, enjoy the beautiful sunsets or get a bite to eat.
The playground, outdoor gym and basketball and tennis courts are a 1-2 blocks away.

Please note...
There are many year-round residents in the neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful and keep noise levels moderate and keep noise down after 10pm.
There is no smoking anywhere on the property, including the backyard.
No fireworks in the front or the back of the house.
No visitors or large gatherings.
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am.
Any lost beach badges will incur a fee of $65 per badge.
Minimum age to rent is 25 and ID is required or you will not be checked in and any amount paid will be forfeited. The outside of the property is monitored.
