"We rented a room with a kitchenette and was stocked with all amenities except for anything used for cooking (i.e salt, oil, etc), so if you're planning on using the kitchen, please be sure to buy some ahead of time. As stated by it's name, the hotel was right outside the oceanfront. It was lovely being able to watch the sunrise/sunset from the hotel window and you were minutes away from the beach itself. "Everything with the property was good and it was on the beach side. The check in process is not good at all. We arrived at the hotel and there is no one working there. No office. So we were looking back at our booking notes and there was no mention of how to get into your room. We walked around a bit and there was a note hanging by the stairs that instructs guest to go to another location a couple miles away to pick up the room key. There is no message during the booking process to tell you this...

"This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message."

"Bad customer service from the higher ups, they downgraded us after finding out there is a leak in our room going to the room beneath, and they still wanted to charge me more than the full price I would’ve payed for that new room if I had booked it a month ago. Once I said I didn’t want to pay full price, they started threatening me and my partner that our things would be thrown out if we don’t pay and that we would have to vacate. "The Inn is older but nicely updated. The rooms are basic but nice & clean. We had a great view of the ocean right along the boardwalk. Super close to everything. Staff was very friendly & accomodating for early check-in & late checkout. Rates were great for being oceanview. Would definitely stay again."

"Continental breakfast area was not the cleanest. Juice machine had slime on it. So did not drink or eat the food. Stand up mirror in room was not straight. Staff that checked us in/out was super nice. Management needs to go through all rooms and make sure everything is ok. They need to make sure the eating area/machines is cleaned daily for health reason. Plenty of parking. Overall it was okay."
