"Everything was clean and easy. Exactly as listed, great stay overall. Not really a complaint but noted that it’s an older property and doesn’t seem like it’s been updated in awhile."

I also noticed they have luggage lockers you can store your stuff in if you arrive early/leave late, I didn’t use them so not sure if there’s a fee. I’ve been to Seattle a ton of times but I’ve never stayed in the Capitol Hill area, it’s a walkable neighborhood. Lots of bars/restaurants/shops in surrounding blocks. "The hotel was in a great location & our room even had its own patio! There were quite a few stairs from the street to the hotel lobby but staff right away offered to carry up our suitcases. The staff was extremely helpful & accommodating! I would go back again! And walking distance to great restaurants & Pike Market!!"

"The room I booked Queen bed was spacious. The breakfast is continental in lobby with muffin, fruit, yogurt and beverages. I had problem with staff there. The lady who checked me in was very nice. But in the morning, the other staff at front desk kinda started preaching me that I "should have" used compost bin for trash when I told her twice that their trash can was not working (in breakfast lobby). I didn't like at all that she was not proactive. If this was my business, I would have said...

"Got to the property they let me know the Res had been canceled but I had been charged for a previous day said to call Expedia they authorized a refund, the room had trippeled in price so we decided to stay elsewhere"

"Everything about the Edgewater was amazing. Our party stayed in 2 rooms the night before our Alaskan cruise. We enjoyed the restaurant, the bar, and the rooiness of our accommodations. After we checked out, with our suitcases in tow, we walked the easy 10 minutes to pier of our departure. Great stay at a beautiful hotel."

"Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location."
