818 Treeloft Villa

Relax with your family and friends in this spectacular Treeloft Cottage with amazing golf course views overlooking the 16th hole of the Ocean Winds Golf Course. Enjoy Seabrook's 3 1/2 miles of pristine, white sand beach - just a short bike ride to North Beach, Boardwalk #1 from the cottage. Watch the dolphins swim by and the Pelican's diving for fish in the ocean as you relax on the beach or grab a bite at the Pelicans Nest outdoor restaurant. You will truly feel like you're living in a tree house while enjoying the beach life on Seabrook Island.

Make yourself at home in the comfortable family room with soaring ceilings and plenty of seating for everyone, You will be greeted with a spectacular wall of windows in the living area that frame the natural beauty of Seabrook. Enjoy watching the television after a long, hot day or stream your favorites with the free WiFi included. The fully equipped kitchen enables everyone to enjoy meals together. There is even a small coffee bar area with a prep sink. The dining table is framed by windows and is also great for board games/cards after a busy day of fun in the sun.

The primary bedroom is on the first level and features a California King size bed with en suite bath. Here you will find a bath with large granite topped vanity and walk-in shower. The primary has a vaulted ceiling with sliding doors leading to an outdoor deck with stunning low country views of the golf course and marsh. The second bedroom is also on the first level with a King bed with another full bath, accessed from the bedroom and the hall. This bathroom has a granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo. Upstairs the loft is a fun room with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan, featuring a Queen bed and futon. All bedrooms have wall mounted 32" Smart TVs.

Take your sweet tea out to the deck and enjoy the amazing views and natural beauty that is unique to Seabrook Island. A propane grill is available for all your barbecuing delights. Enjoy the best of everything at 818 Treeloft Villa.

There is a washer and dryer in the ground level storage unit. The covered first floor carport/patio has an out door dining table. There is also an outdoor shower for washing off those sandy bodies. The gas grill can be used for preparing vacation meals.

Two dogs allowed, no size limit, with additional pet fees/dog fees to apply.

Historic Charleston is just 23 miles from Seabrook Island. Bohicket Marina is a 1/2 mile from the Seabrook gate - offering fishing tours, boating and various activities throughout the year. Shops, restaurants, and more are found in Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village.

Once you visit Seabrook you won't want to leave!

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED-gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

This property is perfect. Location has a great view of golf course and lagoon. Beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean. It’s a great property as it situated further back on the islands you get to drive through the beautiful Spanish moss cover trees. It’s a very short ride to all the boardwalk.

Nice house for a long weekend visit

Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought the house was nice. It had everything we needed for a quick last trip before summer ended. The only reason we are giving it 4 stars is because the front door had some warping and didn't feel very secure. Also during our stay there were a couple big rain storms that uncovered 2 very significant leaks in the roof. The property manager and owner were as apologetic and helpful as could be expected. It was no fault of theirs, as roof work had just been done this past spring so should never have had a leak. The leaks were thankfully in places that overall didn't effect our stay and we enjoyed our vacation on Seabrook.

Great beach bungalow!

This was a perfect little home away from home! Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Plenty of kitchen supplies. So close to many beach accesses! Very clean and well decorated. We just loved our time and would absolutely stay here again!

Family Wedding

The house is as advertised. Nice furnishings and comfortable for our 3 generations who stayed there. Quite clean, which is always appreciated. Great that it comes with bikes, which were fun to explore with. The parking pass and amenity cards are a challenge to navigate and the island has a lot of rules - but these comments all relate to the island - not the property. We enjoyed our stay - especially being right on the golf course!

Cleanliness was not a high priority as it was dusty, the bed cover had dog hair and what appeared to be dog slobber, there was a dirty towel left under the bed, the bath towels were either badly stained or dirty, pillows and couch had dog hair on them, there were ants and a dead palmetto bug around the kitchen table when we arrived, the counter was dirty, and the toilet seats were dirty. Would not stay here again. Trying to be positive, the location was spot on!

Lovely and peaceful

the location is in an area with mature trees and winding roads. We found it bright and cheery — a perfect place for warmth and rest. It’s walkable to the beach which is huge and has well maintained boardwalks leading to it.The kitchen is small but open, nicely stocked and easy to work in. Great place!

This was a lovely rental property in a nice location. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean, and furnishings were adequate. Washer and dryer were in a small room under the house - appeared old, did not use. One bathtub was dirty ,kitchen floor sticky with bare feet, and baseboard molding dusty- leaving this detail because owner can easily address.

Seabrook getaway

The house was full of sunshine, cozily decorated and had all the household items you would need. We loved that we could easily walk and bike throughout the island.The island is close to Charleston and local plantations, that we enjoyed seeing. But because we visited during the off-season, there wasn't much activity on the island, which was great for us, but if you're looking for more family activities, I would recommend visiting during the tourist season.

Island life

Location of the condo is perfect. Loved the accessibility to beach. Terrace is lovely for your coffee or evening drinks. Downside would be the furniture is a bit dated and there is mold on the ceiling. Additionally, the AC has a real thud when it kicks in. Overall, this property is charming and comfortable. Huge thank you for early check in as we were reeling from hurricane Helene.

Great stay on Seabrook Island

We had a great vacation at 818 Treeloft. The kitchen had all the items we needed, and we enjoyed the bikes that were available as well. Check-in and out were very easy! We would definitely stay there again.
