Walk to popular North Beach from this beautiful home. Enjoy the marsh view from the back deck. This open and contemporary 4 bedroom (K, Q, Q, 2T) offers plenty of room for enjoying the company of family and friends. Walk across the street to the boardwalk leading to North Beach. Enjoy the wide open beach, watch the dolphin swimming in the water - this is a wonderful home for your vacation needs.

The open great room has cathedral ceilings, refinished hardwood floors, and tons of windows overlooking the marsh. Settle into the sofas to watch a show or DVD on the HDTV, or retreat to the separate sitting area by the fireplace for quiet conversation with your family and friends.The small game table is perfect for putting together a puzzle or playing cards. Step through the doors to the back deck that overlooks the tidal marsh. Watch the shore birds and deer while enjoying dinner at the table that seats 6. Barbecue on the gas grill while the sun sets turns the sky orange and red.

The dining area has a table that seats six. Gather and share stories from your day on the beach or golf course. The kitchen which is open the great room features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and well stocked cabinets. Serve breakfast around the table for six that has views to the backyard and a skylight above. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One has a full sized bed and the other two twin beds. Between them is a full bath with a shower/tub. Upstairs is the master bedroom. It has a new king size bed and an adjoining full bath. The master bath has two vanities - one with a sink and the other perfect for prepping for a night out on the town. There is a sunroom off the bedroom with a sofa bed - perfect sleeping area for children. . Enjoy reading a book or just getting away from it all in this bright room. Sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean's waves. The second bedroom upstairs had a queen size bed and full bath attached with a large shower.

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Great value and location

The property was just as advertised - clean, exquisitely decorated and super convenient to the beach (Boardwalks 1 and 2 - the latter is literally across the street). For families with toddlers/infants, there is a separate sunroom/reading room off the master bedroom that would be ideal for a crib or air mattress (it already has a sofa which I think converts to a bed). We had a great stay and Nancy & Co. were responsive and helpful as always!

Perfect beach getaway for family!

This rental was perfect for a family vacation with three generations getting together. There was plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen and we especially loved sunsets on the back porch. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach! We hope to return again.

Summer vacation 2021

We had a wonderful time on Seabrook! There were 4 adults and 2 children and we had so much space! There was an extra bedroom since my son couldn’t make it. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything ready for home away from home.

Making Memories

Had a wonderful time. Location was excellent. Short 8 min walk to the beach. A lot of privacy. Close enough to Charleston that we were able to go 3 times the week we were there. Anything we needed was delivered right to the house. House was very clean & well stocked. Towels were plentiful & big & fluffy. Will definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Weekend Get-away

This was an amazing home to stay in!! Just steps away from the beach, we enjoyed views of the marsh from the back deck. Located in beautiful Seabrook, this area was fun to explore and experience. The home had plenty of space for us all to spread out and the open floor plan was perfect for gathering in one spot. Lots of wonderful personal touches that made us feel welcomed. Will for sure stay here again.

Fabulous house and vacation

We had a wonderful time on Seabrook and the house was perfect for our family of 7. The location was ideal, right across from a beach access. The marsh views from the back deck were beautiful. I gave 4 starsrather than 5 for cleanliness only because there was trash strewn around the yard when we arrived. Clearly a critter had gotten into the trash cans. We requested it be picked up but that never happened so my husband picked it all up. Also there is a large stain on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. Otherwise it is a lovely house and we would absolutely stay there again.

Home was great. Mattresses could use an upgrade. Group that occupied property before us left a lot of trash around the outside of the home. A cupboard door was unhinged and a chair at the dining room table had a seat with was disconnected from the chair. Overall a nice home in a nice area.

A lovely and most comfortable place to stay

Eight of us stayed in this house. Our group included 2 children ages 10 and 5 and 2 seniors. Everyone liked it. The house is very well equipped and most comfortable. The location suited our needs perfectly and we would welcome returning.

Nice open space and great location from downtown

Despite muggy and rainy weather throughout our time in Seabrook - and a few isolated issues -we enjoyed our stay. Nice open floor plan was great for our group of friends. Easy travel to downtown Charleston from Seabrook Island that alllowed us to avoid 526 and 17 altogether. A couple of issues with the house - a sprinkler system that seemed to run for long periods in the evening; a really noisy dishwasher; an ice dispenser on the fridge that we avoided using because a black substance (mold?) was coming from it. Also, contact name and info for house manager in reference book had not been updated, so it took two calls for question to be responded to.

Very comfortable and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the home. It was an ideal location across from beach access and a comfortable bike ride to the pool. The house layout is great for multiple groups and ages. It had everything we needed! Our dogs loved being able to walk the beach and trails. We used the owners recommendation for dinner at The Fat Hen it was incredible! On the cold days we took a short drive into Charleston and enjoyed the sights. It was an amazing week. Thank you
