Top Floor Villa by the Sea Waterfront Views

As you step into the bright airy villa, you will find unencumbered waterfront views right outside the many large windows. With careful detail made in upgrades, furnishings, and decor including shiplap, crown molding, cherry wood floors, custom drapery and more. The living room features abundant natural light, comfortable seating, tv, and is open to the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances - great for entertaining. The bedroom is a peaceful retreat with new king bed and access to the screened porch where you can sit and watch the sunrise or relax at the end of the day with your favorite beverage. A full bath is beautifully decorated. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. This property does not offer club amenity access.

This lovely villa is located on Seabrook Island within the Bay Pointe gated community. Spend the day at the private beach, swim in the Bay Pointe private pool. You will be within walking distance or a bike ride from the Lake House, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village.

CLUB AMENITIES: This property does not offer club amenity access. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.

Five Star View from condo. Plus a large crabbing dock allowed me to feel a part of the scenic salt marsh. Had a wonderful Seabrook vacation even though it snowed!

Everything was perfect. We were there for a wedding at Seabrook and the gate pass and amenity card gave us freedom to go everywhere and come and go as we wanted. Unfortunately the weather was not good but we spent lovely afternoons reading and looking at the beautiful marsh view behind us. Thank you!

The hosts were fantastic about communication. Getting the gate pass/code to get in took many emails and calls and ultimately a call to security at the gate. Significantly for me and astonishingly there was no coffee provided despite a coffeemaker and a Keurig on the counter. However when I contacted management about this, they brought me Keurigs and ground coffee in 10 minutes.

Overall the unit was nice, very quiet, with pretty views. Unfortunately the windows were dirty and cloudy. All of the cabinets had a greasy feel and could use a good cleaning. Bed was comfortable.

The villa was very quiet with a pretty view. The bed was very comfortable and the AC cooled well during an extremely hot few days…those are the positives.The furnishings in the living area were not as presented in the pictures. The ottoman was threadbare and the stuffing was coming out, the top of the dining table was loose and shaky, the water filters on the refrigerator were showing they need replacing. Glassware needs attention … mismatched and 3 wine glasses. The icing on the cake was coming home, unpacking my luggage and finding a bug. Overall, not a good experience.

In the best way, it was what expected. The condo overlooks the marsh, about 15 minutes to the beach and beach club- just a few minutes from the lake house. Having the amenity card included was a huge plus. Seabrook is family friendly, safe, and quiet.

Peaceful Getaway

Had a lovely time at Seabrook Island for a wedding and really appreciated how peaceful this space was. We enjoyed the super comfy bed and the perfect spot to sip our coffee on the porch. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful marsh view

Clean, well decorated villa with a screen porch overlooking the marsh and creek. Walking distance to a crab dock with a seating area. Close to Bohicket marina and Freshfields shopping area. Located just outside the Seabrook gate but the villas were secured by iron gates requiring a code for entrance. Enjoyed the villa. Perfect for the two of us.

Landfall Way

Our stay was great but trying to contact Sandpiper Rentals was touch and go. I also called them the day of our departure about a bag that was accidentally left there. That was 4/5. Since then I have reached out several times and was assured they would it and I could Venmo the cost of shipping. However still no package as of 4/15 Tracy Hardy.

Darling condo, excellent location

This condo is perfect for a couple. The screen porch overlooking the marsh is lovely. The decor is airy and bright. It is located just a 1.3 mile walk to shopping and restaurants, and a 4 mile drive to the pools and beach area. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful condo and excellent property management support!

This condo was beautiful, peaceful, and allowed for a very relaxing, long weekend. The view from every room was amazing. When we had an issue with our parking pass, the property management company replied promptly and straightened out the problem right away. This was the perfect place for a tranquil weekend get-away.
