Enjoy the beauty of Seabrook Island's 3 1/2 miles of pristine beach - just a short walk across the street from this lovely Spinnaker Beach House professionally decorated in Tommy Bahama decor. Walk to the Seabrook Island Club's oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar, Island House restaurants/bar, and two championship golf courses. The Racquet Club, Equestrian Center and Lake House are a short drive away.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath villa has a wonderful golf course view from the large pictures windows and the deck. The first floor boasts the large living area with TV/DVD player and plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy each other after a day at the beach. The couch folds out into a Queen sleeper sofa. The dining area features a beautiful table with seating for six. The large kitchen is fully stocked for your use with the comforts of home. A small kitchen table for four is nice for eating your breakfast or lunch. Off the kitchen is the very popular screened in porch. Also on the main floor is the guest bedroom with one Queen and one twin bed. Sliding glass doors lead to the screened in porch and it has a adjoining full bathroom.

Walk up the stairs to the large master bedroom with king size bed, TV and attached full bathroom. There are two balconies to relax on with a good book. There is a gas grill for your use too.

This property will allow up to 2 dogs max under 30 lbs. each with required additional pet fees per pet.

**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Once you visit Seabrook, you won't want to leave.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Spring Break Getaway

Quick few days at Seabrook for our son’s spring break was lovely! The unit was the perfect size for our family of three, and the location was ideal for visits to the beach, the beach club pool, and golf outings. The villa was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed and more to prepare meals (and all in great condition!) Communication with the property manager was great and provided a seamless experience with check in/out and gate pass/amenity access. We would definitely recommend this place!

We could tell that the property was used as a rental. The downstairs bathroom needed updated - the shower was missing the grab bar and there were several spots that the wall was repaired but not painted. The front door was falling apart at the bottom. The curtains were very hard to open and close. There was rust in the stove and refrigerator. The location was great but the interior needs work.

Great location not very clean

Great location but the property itself is very run down and the kitchen floor was very dirty. The sliding glass door to the screened porch barley opened and just not kept up at all compared to the surrounding similar properties

Beautiful home.

This home is a real gem. Beautiful golf course views and very tastefully decorated. We did have to request a move, however, as there was deck reconstruction going on next door. Just something you don't know until you get there, and driving around, it seems the time of year a lot of folks are doing repairs. (We visited 5/06-5/13/2022). However, Nancy of Coastal Getaways was VERY prompt and accommodating in getting us relocated to another property that we loved! This is one big advantage of renting through a company that handles multiple properties. We highly recommend Coastal Getaways of SC!

First but hopefully not last visit to Seabrook Island

My husband, two young adult daughters and I stayed in this wonderful unit the last week of July. The unit was perfect for our family with the king sized bed in the master upstairs and the two twin beds in the second bedroom downstairs. It was so nice to have some distance from each other. And my husband and I, who usually don’t have a nice thing to say about beds that are not ours, slept soundly. There were more dining spaces than we could use. And the kitchen was well appointed although I think the dishwasher might be on its last legs. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit too. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the rental and everything else Seabrook Island had to offer. And all of the information packages that were sent to us were extremely helpful. I arranged for beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and a cart from Baby’s Away and it was waiting for us upon our arrival. I also scheduled a sunset sail charter from Holy City Sail and highly recommend their offerings. We’d love to retire on Seabrook - something we only considered after our visit.

Perfect week on Seabrook

We are coming to Seabrook Island at least once a year since 25 years, and although we always had a good time, we sometimes had not perfect rentals. This one was a really nice one! It is not newly remodeled, but very inviting and most importantly functional! None of those silly upgrades that don’t make any sense:) A ton of dishes and kitchen equipment, clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed that it is a end unit with pond view (with alligators). Nancy’s agency is the best! No hassle booking, checking in and answering every phone call and email promptly. Perfect!
