Each of the three bedrooms connects to its own bathroom with beautiful, glassed-in showers and modern fixtures. The spacious primary suite on the second floor has a King bed. The bathroom in this room features a soaking tub with a uniquely designed set of imported louvered shutters which open to view the flat screen TV while luxuriating in the bath. A stairway in this room leads to a loft with a twin bed plus twin trundle, for added sleeping. The loft area has been furnished as a home office, with desk, office chair, high speed internet access, and a view to the marsh, all especially useful in times of remote work arrangements. This bedroom also includes a private balcony with lounge chairs which overlook the tidal dock and marsh and is another great place to view the sunset. **The Town of Seabrook Island has announced a beach sand scraping project to help restore and protect the shoreline, scheduled for October through December 2026. Boardwalks 2, 7, and 8 will be closed during designated periods, Boardwalk 9 is scheduled to close beginning November 1, and Boardwalks 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6 will remain open with caution. Guests may see construction equipment and temporary work zones, and beach access may be temporarily adjusted in affected areas.**

To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee- Low Season Fee (Jan 1 – Mar 1): $45/day or $255/week | High Season Fee (Mar 1 – Oct 31): $55/day or $315/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.
