Open the door to this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom town home and let the tranquility wash over you. A feeling of deep relaxation overcomes you as the realization your vacation has arrived. The sandy shores of Seabrook Island are steps from your front door, along with two 18 hole gold courses, pools and dining at the Beach Club and Island House! Gentle southern breezes blow throughout reminding you the Low Country is just outside.

The gorgeous kitchen has white cabinetry, granite countertops, new GE stainless appliances, fabulous fixtures, and a stunning tile backsplash. The gourmet chef in you will shine when spending time in this well appointed kitchen which overlooks the the front deck. There are barstools at the counter. The perfect spot to assist with meal preparations or read the morning paper with a cup of coffee. The kitchen opens onto the dining area. A large table with seating for 8 is roomy enough for the family meals, or game night. The dining room and living room are lined with floor to ceiling windows. The vaulted ceilings with fan create an open and spacious environment. A large TV anchors the living area for entertainment and the sectional sofa has ample room for viewing. The front deck has a table and four chairs for outdoor dining or evening cocktails.

The guest bedroom is on the first floor and has access to the front deck. Natural light floods into this bright and cheerful room with it's two full size beds. A guest room is complete when it has a large Smart TV and overhead ceiling fan. The hall guest bath is completely renovated with a new vanity, tiled tub/shower combo and updated fixtures. The first floor also has a laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer. Head upstairs to your stunning master en-suite. There is a private deck off the master, the perfect spot for viewing evening sunsets. The spacious master suite has it all: King bed, wood floors, ceiling fan, closets and a large master bath. Your master bath oasis has new cabinetry, dual sinks, oversized custom shower with beautiful tile work and frameless glass shower door.

Seabrook Island is home to top-notch amenities! If you want some adventure in your vacation visit our Equestrian Center, home to both pony, trail and beach rides. Our private beachfront community has two beach front pools, two rated 18 hole golf courses, 15 Har-Tru clay courts with evening lighting, pickle ball courts, fitness and aquatics complex, pristine beaches, and abundant indoor and outdoor dining venues for lunch, dinner and cocktails. Your vacation paradise awaits you!!

**As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

No pets are allowed at this villa.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you lose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Annual vacation

This is the third property we’ve stay at on Seabrook and by far our favorite. Nancy, the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. The property was a short walk to the beach and club pool. 10/10 recommend!

Great location across from beach and near pool

Very nice and clean property. My only recommendation is to have a dresser and mirror in the 2nd bedroom. It was very spartan with no place to unload suitcases and get ready with a mirror.

Family of 5 - First Trip To Seabrook

My wife and I took our three young children "to the beach" for the first time. We're from upstate South Carolina, and don't get a chance to get away much. This property was excellent for our family's needs, from space, location and amenities. We were able to take advantage of so many things on the island, and were close enough to Charleston to make for easy day trips. Our children loved being able to walk to the beach, swim in the pools and go on nature walks. The location near the Pelican beach was terrific, and event at its busiest, the beach area was quiet and we had plenty of space. We made significant use of the kitchen and grill, and the great dining room table gave us plenty of room to be able to have a lot of home-cooked meals, which is a big deal for a family of five. Overall, extremely pleased with the value that this property provided and our stay, and with Coastal Getaways.

Seabrook Beach Getaway

It was a great stay, the place was really nice and clean. We were able to enjoy our time there. We wish the weather was nicer, but we we still able to have some fun at the beach and the pool. We will definitely return when we get another chance to getaway.

Another great stay

Second time staying at this Spinnaker. Perfect size for two adults and two kids (7 and 10), if the kids are willing to share the second bedroom (two queen beds). Very well equipped - more than enough to make a full Thanksgiving dinner. A short walk across the road to the beach via boardwalks. Dolphins are a regular feature and come close to shore. Other beaches well within reach via short bicycle rides (roads are relatively quiet and drivers generally very considerate). The house was very clean and decor is tasteful, modern and bright. A very nice place to stay - so much so, we booked another visit before we left.

Perfect for small family, well equipped and located

We've stayed in Spinnakers before, but this was far the best we've stayed in. It felt as if we were the first people to rent it - very clean and well furnished and thought out. Master bathroom conversion is well done and a vast improvement on the original Spinnaker layout. Not over-crowed with furniture but plenty of space for two adults, and 6-and a 9-year old. Kids could eat breakfast at the bar, family could eat dinner and lunch around a large table inside or on the patio. Small details like a key pad entry lock meant never having to worry about loosing a key at the beach. The closest beach access was directly across the road, and only 5-minutes walk from the door until our feet were on the sand. Preferring the beaches on the north-end, we loaded bicycles and pedaled for 5-minutes until we got to the board-walk (#5) for our favorite beach spot. View out the front picture windows is of Seabrook Island Road and you can watch the world go by. View from the upstairs deck off the master bedroom provides a small ocean view - but you can see the ocean. After our initial stay here, we booked a subsequent stay the day after we got home.

Quiet Beach Getaway

Wanted a Charleston/beach getaway and this was the perfect spot for us. We didn't mind driving into Charleston (30-40 minutes away) and wanted the privacy of the private beach and island. The rental was updated, clean, modern, comfortable and well decorated. Well stocked and appointed kitchen (Keurig and regular coffee pot). Beach access is about 1/4-1/2 mile up the road (no direct access across from the townhome). We did see dolphins and had beautiful sunsets. Would recommend staying here if you don't mind driving to activities and if you want to hang out on the beach all day; this is your spot!
