Seabrook is a family friendly island - perfect for a relaxing vacation for everyone.
This is a 3 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom Tarpon Pond Cottage. The fabulous kitchen has new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and more. It is stunning. The living area features plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together or gather around for a movie after a day at the beach. The living area has just been extended with an all-season room. Abundant windows allow sunlight to brighten this cottage and panoramic views of the 17th hole of Ocean Winds and the marsh beyond. There is a gas grill for your use and a deck just off this new room for lounging.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Another queen bed is in the third bedroom. A full bathroom is between these two bedrooms. There is also a full sized washer/dryer. Upstairs is the loft bedroom with two twin trundle beds. Another full bathroom with a shower is in the loft.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants
