  • Private yet centrally located, this top floor unit is a paradise on Seabrook Island. Relax in this newly renovated and professionally decorated villa located off the Seabrook Island Racquet Club courts. Enjoy the private location and close proximity to the Lakehouse, Equestrian Center, Bohicket Marina, and more. There are ample opportunities for seating, gathering, relaxing, and even a little work.

    Inside the unit, a private deck overlooking the tennis courts leads to the living room area with a large screen TV, elevated ceilings, comfortable designer seating, ample lighting, and a ceiling fan. Off the living area is the dining room with a large dining table and chandelier. The kitchen is fully stocked. For your outdoor enjoyment, the villa features a screened porch perfect for a lazy nap or morning coffee, along with an outside front deck with seating for four. To help you explore and relax on the island, three beach chairs and two bikes are conveniently provided for guest use in the storage shed located in front of the carport.

    Off the hallway, the washer and dryer are in the unit and yours exclusively to use during your stay. A full guest bath with a tub/shower leads to the queen guest room, which enjoys its own private balcony. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, TV, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower. It, too, has its own private balcony. This charming villa sleeps four guests in beds, and an inflatable mattress is available at the property to accommodate two additional guests, allowing for six guests total.

    • BEACH: 0.4 miles away. Three beach chairs and two bikes are located in the storage shed in front of the carport for guest use.
    • CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards are optional and available for $55 per day per family. This offers access to the Beach Club (open seasonally), golf, and tennis. The Lakehouse outdoor pool is accessible free of charge.
    • POOL: Optional access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the amenity card. The outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is included.
    • OCCUPANCY: Sleeps 4 guests in beds, with an inflatable mattress available to allow for up to 6 guests total.
    • PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. There is parking in the dual carport and driveway.
    • LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV golf carts are allowed. LSVs must have a pass and count as a vehicle towards the 2 vehicle maximum limit.
    • CHILDREN: Children welcome.
    • PET POLICY: No pets allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
    • LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
    • PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000497.
    • ADDITIONAL INFO: Guest safety is always a priority. The villa features a fire extinguisher under the sink, multiple smoke detectors, and a first aid kit. A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.

    • LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

    • WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

    • COFFEE MAKER: A standard 12-cup glass coffee pot and a Keurig single-serve machine are on site. Feel free to bring your own ground coffee for the carafe option or use the provided Keurig K-cups. An assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners is available.

    • AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are available for $55 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center and indoor pool at the Lakehouse are accessible for a daily fee of $16 per person. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

    • ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. This property is allowed a maximum of 2 gate passes, and any LSV golf carts will count toward this vehicle limit. Parking is available in the dual carport and driveway.

    • CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

    • CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

    • CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

    • THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

    • IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

    • CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

    • POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

    • PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

Lovely Spot

Nicely located and renovated. Well appointed and great to have two large beds, instead of bunks, for adults traveling with friends. Would stay here again.

Quick family getaway

Quiet community with a short drive to the local beach. The area had restaurants and shopping nearby, and allowed us to drive to 3-4 other nearby beaches during our stay.

Very clean condo in a beautiful location. Super comfy king mattress. Would recommend. The guest tub needs a little attention as water was not draining in the shower & the hot water ran out 1/2 way through shower. The 2 bikes need a bit of TLC as they are quite rickety & with misaligned wheels. If planning to bike, would suggest rent your own bikes. But all in all a very nice property!

Quiet Girls Trip

Perfect location for a quiet girls trip! Well stocked kitchen for making home cooked meals. Short drive to beach club and pool. The ice machine and freezer quit working but the management company was quick to respond and help. Would be nice if refrigerator had ice and water machine otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Visiting family and friends!

It was a very peaceful and restful location. Would have been happier with a little more information prior to booking. Like the fact that it was a third floor walkup. We did come to celebrate our son's birthday so did not need amenities card but it seemed a little excessive that we needed an amenities card to access a restaurant.

Cortside Stay

The place is great, it has both a coffee maker and a Keurig (fyi). Close to Charleston and Kiawah Island. A tow bedroom and comfortable place nothing more is needed. The only negtive is the shower temprature did only give me alow hot, not very hot which I wanted for 1 morning. Did not use any amenities and did not have a chance for any other off site local activites.

Work Spring Break

My large family stayed in a rental home this Dec ‘23 for my son’s wedding at the Club. I returned on my school (I’m a teacher) spring break w/hubby and our newlywed son & daughter-in-law joined us. This 2-bedrm condo was Perfect! Great location for tennis, but I was SO impressed with the spotless condition & it was so tidy & organized! Everything you need! AND—the 2nd bedroom had a Qn bed..not twins/bunks!! We will stay here Again!

It was clean. Nothing luxurious about this property. Old and dingy. The pictures are very misleading: the idea that one can walk by the water is nonsense, as the first image ( called exterior) is from the country club: 3 miles away by car. So, no one cannot enjoy a stroll by the beach that is also very rocky. The heater wasn’t working and the management company promptly repaired it. However, it wasn’t raising the temperature to what we wanted, but rather to a standard of 69 degrees. Well, not everyone can sleep at 69, especially with young children. It improved when outdoor temperatures increased as well. They didn’t have any blankets. We had to ask for those. So basically, you can freeze in the middle of the night. Or call the company, which I did, but in the morning and it goes to voicemail. The walls are paper thin; one can hear and clearly understand the next door neighbors conversations. I avoided a downtown location due to construction noise only for this reason: to have a quiet place. Not such luck with others who wake up at 6 AM. The location is incredibly far from everything. One needs to drive 3 miles to the beach, and 45-58 minutes everywhere else. Why would one pick this location if you need to get in the car to go the beach? Much better places in walking distance. The downtown, any restaurant was a very long drive. Traffic is an issue, I understand, but add another 2 hours to any outing becomes an issue, especially with children who have a different schedule.

Home away from home

Property was very nice! Nice quiet place to come back to after a busy day in Charleston. Beautiful beaches, pools, and scenery. Nice tennis courts! Super fast wifi in the main area, but bedrooms are very weak or non existent. Router not putting out a wide enough signal. Screened in porch was nice to enjoy without the pesky bugs. Used the couch in the screened in porch that folds out to a bed for one of the kids instead of the cumbersome air mattress.Nice to have laundry facilities so you can come home with clean clothes. Loved our vacation! Management company a little hard to reach prior to stay or booking.
