La casa, recientemente renovada, cuenta con todos los muebles, electrodomésticos, alfombras y tratamientos de ventanas nuevos, lo que contribuirá a que su estadía sea agradable y memorable. También se ofrece servicio gratuito de internet de alta velocidad y TV de alta definición. Esta casa también permite un perro. Acceda a la cubierta recientemente ampliada desde la sala de estar o el dormitorio principal para relajarse en la nueva bañera de hidromasaje mientras contempla el océano a solo 100 yardas de distancia o disfrute de la abundante vida silvestre y las abundantes flores silvestres en el prado privado adyacente de 30 acres. Beautiful and stunning view of the ocean. Very comfortable for 2 of us and our dog. A bit of a walk to the coastal trail. Only minor suggestions for improvement. We had amazing time - peaceful and restorative.

March Anniversary Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a perfect escape from the everyday demands of life. The weather was perfect. Though any weather would work. And staying at Sea Ranch worked well, the drive is gorgeous from the Bay Area, and no concerns about flying and such to a faraway location.

Peaceful rain or shine.

House was simple and clean with wonderful views from all rooms. All the amenities and the location were perfect for a getaway during the week. Will be back for more sometime soon!

Perfect Retreat Away

What a treat! This home was the perfect getaway from us. The view straight to the ocean is exactly what we were looking for. The home is cozy and welcoming. We’d definitely book it again.

Perfect location (10/10), very good hot tub and very tired house interior. If I could imagine someone competing for the max return on the least amount of money spend the owners of this house would win hands down. The lights are old and dim, the ‘art’ is cheap and sad. there kitchen is barren - have some basic supplies for cooking, the appliances from 90s could be considered cute by someone yet it would not take much to replace them, knives are dull beyond measure and there’s no knife sharpener. For the first time in my experience there was just a soap bar in the bathroom and nothing else. May be I am too spoiled.And the faded signs all over the house telling what need not be done or must be done do not add to the ambiance.Give this house some love and care and it will be perfect.

A lovely people and pet friendly little house

We splurged a little for my birthday. Its buff location is so great. We spent all week fighting over the binoculars as whales cruised by everyday. 5 stars for everything. You could not regret staying at Seale House.

He wanted me to unplug and recharge myself, and Seale House was the perfect place to do that. It was quiet and had the most beautiful view of the ocean. Great location for walks and wheel watching!

This was a very practical unit close to the coastal walks, which we enjoy, providing a splendid front row seat to the antics of the humpback whales that weekend. Unit was clean, both bedrooms face the ocean, which was nice for all of us. Property management was great. The kitchen has all the basics. bring any cooking basics as there is no actual store of pantry items, other than salt and pepper. The fridge has an icemaker, that was a great surprise! The only downside was a mustiness in the secondary bedroom which was probably due to linens that needed a good washing. I mentioned this to management on the way out of town and they were receptive.

LOVE this property so much....

We love this property so much, almost hate to tell you about it! Really, this home is top notch. Perfect location with a gorgeous meadow and ocean expanse (hello deer and rare birds of prey and fox). Everywhere you turn the warmest, most beautiful light and views that both help you breathe and take your breath away. Nice, clean spaces with well-considered, updated furniture, just what you need in the kitchen (including a pastry brush! but not more--we brought a French press, cast iron skillet, olive oil and good salt), a hot tub with somewhere to put your beverage, and perfectly nice bedrooms and bathrooms. From the front door ride your bike miles and miles, or walk-about on the coastal trail out the back door. Good groceries are maybe 3 miles away. Solid wifi, something-for-everyone CD collection, games, fireplace, TV...even a tiny souvenir LED keychain flashlight from the rental office.

Birthday get away

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and comfortable. Nice not to have to bring sheets and towels! Don’t plan on cooking very much as the kitchen has the minimum in lighting and some of the pans are not anything that should be used. Coffee filters were provided, along with salt and pepper. Gas grill was great!Seating in living room was ok. Very small and cozy for 2 people. Great views from this house!The one issue we had was the hot tub - the cover has to be completely removed and set somewhere manually. There is no lift assist and we thought it was a hassle..Beach rentals provided great support and will send out a repair person quickly should the need arise.Overall we liked this house but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

We saw lots of wildlife too.The kitchen was well equipped, the BBQ worked great and the TV was easy to use. The beds were comfortable and the spa was wonderful. The house was set up perfect for dog guests with a blanet and towel to dry off the pets. We will definitely stay again.

We loved being able to walk down to the trail on the bluff. Also very convenient and close to Gualala to make quick stops at the grocery store. All in all, very cozy and comfortable, we'd love to come back!
