The Space:

Perfect for a couple, small family, or close friends, this loft-style house offers simple, comfortable living with room for up to 4 guests. The open loft with a king bed overlooks the main living area, where you’ll also find a sleeper sofa for additional guests. A full bathroom serves the home.

Head outside to unwind in the hot tub after a day on the coast and fire up the BBQ grill for easy cookouts. Practical touches include an onsite washer and dryer located outside the home and basic home safety features like smoke/CO detectors and a fire extinguisher. When you’re ready to explore, you’re in the heart of The Sea Ranch community with miles of trails, public beach access points, and recreation centers available to guests.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. An open parking lot area is also available. Do not park in any carport. Parking passes should be displayed in your vehicle during your stay; parking and pool passes will be included in the welcome packet located in the home.

• Sea Ranch amenities: Guests may use the community recreation centers (outdoor pools, tennis, locker rooms; amenities vary by center). Facility reservations for pool and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website. Trails and beaches are open.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One dog is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. Please reach out to our Guest Experience team after booking to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.

• Wi-Fi and cell service: Due to Sea Ranch’s remote coastal location, Wi-Fi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Stairs: The house has stairs (please see photos).

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available outside the home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
